I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes.
After 25 minutes, I asked again and was told to wait another 10 minutes.

The order was still not ready.
No clear communication, no accountability, and a complete lack of professionalism.
The level of disorganization and carelessness here is unbelievable.
Cleanliness was also questionable.

This is by far one of the worst-managed pizza places I have ever experienced.
Zero respect for customers’ time.

I will never order from here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Tonight I stopped by Little Caesars to pick up a pizza, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. If I could give the customer service a rating of zero, I absolutely would. The woman working the register was openly disrespectful to several customers, including myself. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

What made the situation even worse was the overall behavior of the staff. The way they were speaking to each other sounded more like a conversation you’d hear at someone’s house—not in a workplace serving customers. One employee was swearing loudly and carrying on as if they were outside with friends, not on the job. It created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment for everyone waiting.

I strongly recommend that the manager review the security cameras from tonight and address the behavior that took place. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, and the level of unprofessionalism I witnessed should not be acceptable at any business.

I made an online order and my wife picked it up. She put in the code which told her not to forget the drinks and sauces. She then asked the guy what to grab and he told her we didn’t get anything. When she got home, I realized she left the drink but I had to make it to an appointment. I swung by the store 4 hours later with the receipt and they were extremely rude to me. They admitted that we didn’t receive the drink but said we should’ve called. I said I’m here to pick up part of my order that we didn’t receive. Then the general manager began to lecture me about how it was our fault. All the while I kept saying I’d just like to get what I paid for and you admit that I paid for it. All of this drama over a soda.

I am extremely upset about this experience. I ordered four pizzas & two orders of bread sticks and waited while watching far too many people walk in and out with their orders. These were not specialty pizzas and they were advertised as hot and ready. It genuinely felt like we were being made to wait on purpose.

After waiting about thirty minutes with no service, i walked in for an update and didn’t even get knowledged until I called for the attention of the front cashier. I asked for an update and employees laughed and treated the situation like a joke. The interaction became very nasty and I was insulted personally, including comments about my physical appearance. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. The individuals involved were identified to me as Mikayla and another female whose name on the receipt listed the cashier as Peggy.

When I requested a refund after receiving no service, they initially tried to deny it. A refund was eventually offered, but even that required more waiting with no urgency or accountability shown.

This experience was disrespectful and frustrating. I will never take my business there again. This location clearly has serious issues with professionalism, customer service, and leadership oversight.

Appalling. Wow. I tried calling for an answer on an online order and the first person unintelligibly couldn’t answer the question. The second one couldn’t either, another “um I don’t know” answer and then hung up on me upon my questioning if anyone there did know the answer. I was hesitant to even order to begin with, but was interested in a new promotional item. Terrible horrific customer service likely saved us from a terrible meal. Glad I called first to save us money, time and maybe food poisoning given the lack of quality of service even over the phone. I imagine the kitchen is likely contaminated, filthy and disgusting if the phone customer service is any indication.

I ordered a pretzel crust pizza and was served a regular crust pizza with salt on the crust they did not brush the crust with baking soda water to make it pretzel crust.. I also ordered a bag ir crazy bread I ask for it to be made fresh with extra butter and extra Parmesan cheese .. I was served cold bread .. when I walked in the store there was crazy bread already sitting on the landing station I don’t know how long the were sitting there the bread was so cold the butter didn’t even in on it.. poor food service

I’m new to the area but Lil Caesars is always a go to for movie night with the fam. The service was phenomenal but we were told 10-15 mins to wait for the pizza. Ok COOL. We purchased an extra most bestest pizza and got what seemed to be a classic. I called the store to notify, but no one was available. when weighing out the cost to go back and get a new one. It wasn’t worth it. I get that it’s only a $7 pizza but this girl loves her pepperoni pleaseeeeeee don’t do me like this again lol

Have to ask for pizza well done its always undercooked the girls don’t know what they are doing. Your job is to make pizza and you don’t even know how to do it right. This location is trash avoid at all costs. Edit: 4 years later still disgraceful. its like the dough didn’t rise and its cold as hell. the girl waited to see if i tipped on pick up and i didnt so she gave me an old pizza i watched her watch the screen to see.
