Extremely disappointing experience. The service was terrible, with an excessively long waiting time and absolutely no communication from the staff. On top of that, the attitude of the employees was repulsive and completely unprofessional, especially the person shown in the photo.
What made the situation even worse was how customers who did not speak the language were treated. It was very noticeable that they were treated with less patience, less respect, and an even worse attitude, which was upsetting and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the counter was left unattended multiple times, leaving customers waiting with no explanation or assistance. Overall, the experience felt disrespectful, poorly managed, and discriminatory.
Customer service was clearly not a priority here. I would not recommend this place unless serious changes are made in how staff treat people and manage their service.
Note: I waited 30 minutes for a pizza that was never made, and I ended up leaving.

I ordered delivery. 1 pizza and breadsticks. After 1 hour exactly I called the store and was told they were busy. “Im not the only customer” I asked where my order was in the queue and they said they were prepping my last item and was hung up on. Get ready for a chargeback. Theres ZERO excuse for this attitude or this wait. Get your franchise owner in and put them to work. This is inexcusable.

Tonight I stopped by Little Caesars to pick up a pizza, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. If I could give the customer service a rating of zero, I absolutely would. The woman working the register was openly disrespectful to several customers, including myself. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
What made the situation even worse was the overall behavior of the staff. The way they were speaking to each other sounded more like a conversation you’d hear at someone’s house—not in a workplace serving customers. One employee was swearing loudly and carrying on as if they were outside with friends, not on the job. It created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment for everyone waiting.
I strongly recommend that the manager review the security cameras from tonight and address the behavior that took place. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, and the level of unprofessionalism I witnessed should not be acceptable at any business.

Stopped by here after church with my two children… And let me tell you, something. The food was beyond fresh and seasoned. I haven’t had reasonably priced delicious food in such a very long time. This was so good, I look forward to visiting there next weekend. Lord willing

Took my son in with a little ceasars gift card he won at school. First, he said they were out of wings. Then I tried to order a stuff crust special and said it’s only available through the app. He picked peperoni bread and a hot n ready to not disappoint his bro & sis. When it was time to pay, the cashier said they don’t accept gift cards. This business is a joke and a complete waste of time. I trashed the gift card, and we’re headed to go buy five-star pizza. It’s much better quality and better customer service. Needless to say, we’ll never be back. Also your employees think it’s play time/social hour instead of work time.

Young lady long braids very nice. The tall older white man absolutely not.Not sure if it’s pills or alcohol but there is something not right. He was washing pans, then eating out of the toppings then comes to counter to take orders rude as all get out to customers. There one young man making food and truthfully he obviously hasn’t been trained. The cheese puffs weren’t consistent in size, sauce, or filling. Breadsticks were just put in the bag the dough undercooked no butter just cheese. I will not go back.

I went in and got the lunch combo today which consists of the deep dish pizza. I love all the gooey thick crusted cheese on the outside. So so good not to mention you get a drink you can’t beat that for $6.49. I also got great customer service from the lady that was at the register. So I just want to thank you for the great food the great customer service. I’m definitely going to recommend this Little Caesars in particularly whether you are local or you are traveling just passing through
