These employees run on about half a brain cell. I ordered half pepperoni, half green pepper deep dish with two garlic dipping sauce. Handed me one garlic butter, one cheese jalapeño sauce. I had that corrected. I then opened the box and it was two pepperoni deep dishes. I told them again half pep half green peppers. I waited 15 minutes for it to be remade. Just for it to be made without peppers yet again. I said “this has green peppers right?” Dude at the counter said “green peppers?”. Mind you he heard me the first order and repeated it back. He then repeated it back the second time to the manager after they messed it up the first time. I just took it and left. Completely incompetent employees.

Not sure how you forget 5 items on someone’s order but apparently its possible. As someone who worked in the food industry for over 10 years, you should probably read the customer’s ticket to make sure you get everything correct. It’s not that difficult to do. You are getting paid to do a job so you should probably do it. I wouldn’t recommend this Little Caesars, spend the extra money on people that can read.

Last night I called to place a pick up order. I called 5 times & got no answer. On the 6th & my last try the call was answered with a “hello”. I had to ask if this was little ceasers. I said I need to place an order. No response. I had to ask if they were still there. I placed my order of a large thin pizza with pineapple, ham & 2 orders of the BBQ wings. I was asked if that was it, & I said yes, but before I could even get another word out, the guy said ok bye & hung up. I wanted to know how long of a wait & my total. I was not offered that information nor was I able to even ask. The whole experience was unacceptable. Such poor customer service.

Trash management and trash establishment. Highly reccomend you don’t eat there, I have seen roaches crawl out of the trimming on the floors. Very dirty place. Always check to make sure there isn’t bugs in your food.

Always a pleasure coming here. They’re always polite and the pizzas I get are fresh and delicious. Definitely prefer this one over hopkins.Hopkins. And people who prefer domino’s or papa johns? If I wanted pizza that tasted like cardboard, I’ll eat the box that my Amazon orders come in!

This location is getting better. A year ago this location needed major help…. It has improved. I know they are always trying and they do put the customer first in store. The biggest issue they have is staffing. I was put on hold for 13 min. After waiting for 13 min I drove there with the phone still on hold to find 1 person working. The woman was trying her best to handle phones and lobby customers… and making the orders. I waited another 15 min for our order just because someone there did care. Even with the issues it has had I’m still giving a 5 star because the team that does show up to work, actually works. Great job and keep going!

The food is good, the service is pretty decent and it’s a great option to have minimal dealings with people. It’s a great option to be able to pick something up quick for dinner especially if you need to stop at the grocery store in the same plaza

After my poor experience with the Little Caesar’s located off Hopkins in Titusville. I had called the store GM named Jennifer and she was understanding to our issue with my undercooked pizza. She made my pizzas free of charge and these pizzas were cooked throughly and were delicious.
