Ordered a pizza at 8:30pm last night. Did not receive my order until almost two hours later. Watched the driver, thru the app, go everywhere except to my place to bring my order. I text the driver to ask if everything was ok. She answered right before she showed up. When she finally came, of course it was ice cold. Why would you think someone would eat that after you’ve rode around with it for almost two hours. I don’t know if something was done to it or not. I don’t even eat it. Very, very disappointed.

I ordered from the online website for this store. At 3:05 it came from my checking. I tracked they said in the oven at 3:12 . Said ready around 3:31 . I walked in at 3:25. I greeted the girl . She disappeared in The back. 1 other woman was there. Both talking about how someone got mad at her blah blah. Another customer walked in, we both waited annd chatted . after 15 min of no service she said I can’t keep waiting gonna go. Others walked in to order from counter. Both woman in the back. Finally she walked out took three orders from counter. I was still looking at tracking my pizza in oven . Well it was in the oven per tracking from 3:12 to 3:47.rhen stated getting boxed. I guess they were waiting for the pepperoni fluffs. She boxed up three boxes of the bite things . Went to the warming oven took out a box ( so the pizza was already boxed ) that had sat there from the whole time I was waiting. Walked to the back with the older boxed pizza. She finished putting the pepperoni fluffs in other boxes . Then she put my pepperoni fluffs things on top of pizza box and then carried out to front set on counter not in the online pick up . Check out another man who walked In around 25 min after my order was placed. She left Mine sitting there on the counter . I literally had to ask her if that was my order. She did not call out a name. She said it might be. I gave her the number from online order. She asked my name. I gave it to her. she said this was my order. The old pizza in the warmer and the fresh pepperoni fluffs. So I had already paid online and waited for 50 min to get an old crap pepperoni tough pizza. The pepperoni bites things were good. I am gonna note though Two other people were waiting to pick up their orders made online after me( per them) a couple and two others who did counter orders while I sat waiting , they were still waiting. The amount charged was not a big deal but believe me they did not have back orders nothing on the screen when I walked in and my

I just got the classic with about 20 some pepperoni . Not the mostly more pepperoni that I ordered . And was placed in a warmer to get tough not placed in the online pick up warmer. The woman who walked out said this is crazy. I would agree. They need more help or someone who can hustle.a young man came in just before 3 pm. The food value $ is good , service and time management bad. Get a front person and make the pizza and fluff at same time.

This is a great Little Caesar’s location. Pizzas are always on time and fresh and hot. I really recommend the Detroit style Deep Dish pizza and their Crazy Bread, which is so delicious! Best to call ahead or place your order on the app ahead of time so you don’t have to wait in the store which has only a few chairs. Other than that, this place is great!

This specific location is awful. I’ve never had a problem at the main street location. But I’ve ordered 15 pizzas from this location in the last 2 years, because it’s close by. 10 of those were missing toppings, 2 of them were an hour late, and 3 of 15 were right and on time. They never answer their phone. Make sure to check your order before you leave the store, or the horrible manager will give you problems every time.

customer service is great. The environment was nice. The food was pretty. But very plain. I specifically asked for regular crust, with extra cheese and extra sauce on both. I received two different pizzas, as requested, both thin crust, regular cheese, and barely any sauce.

I visited this location on 9/7/24 around 8:50pm. I waited patiently for the worker to finish boxing pizzas because when I walked in, he looked directly at me and said, “It’s going to be a few minutes.” 5 minutes later, I was still waiting. A few minutes later another guy walked in, he was also told that it would be a few minutes but the worker dropped everything and came up front. Although I was standing at the register as I had been for minutes prior, the worker proceeded to take the order of the gentleman standing behind me without even acknowledging my presence. When the nice gentleman apologized, the worker then acknowledged my presence and took my order. The pizza was very poor quality, dried out, cold and not cut thoroughly.
