The food has always been at the same level of subpar to not trigger a negative review, but after yesterday’s order, I am almost forced too. A worthy mention that ties to my complaint is time management does not exist here. You can place an online pick-up order for a specific time well in advance and still bet on having to wait a minimum of 10 minutes past pick up time for your food.
We ordered very basic Detroit style pizzas as we do every pizza night. Waited my extra 10 minutes past pick up time (Between 1430-1530) just to receive these pizzas before you. The pizzas were significantly smaller than they ever are, my ‘extra’ toppings I paid for were surely not ‘extra’, and to top it all off, two of the pizzas were COMPLETELY RAW. Please answer why I am waiting past my pick-up time, to get raw oily pizzas. Pretty discouraged from ever returning to this establishment to say the least.

Needed to grab a late, fast dinner and this was a good spot. Order was ready for pickup in less than 30 minutes after I placed the order through the app. Upon arrival the portal was down but after a few minutes the cashier was ready and will to pass my pie off. The pizza itself was pretty decent and even though this is technically a gas station. The “lobby” wasn’t that bad. I do enjoy the inexpensive pricing and the calorie crash.

Home slice at the counter told me it was going to be an hour wait for a single pizza, so I left. Got home and conveniently saw my neighbor getting out of his car with his Little Caesars order. He said it just took him 10 minutes at the same location. Don’t know why I was told an hour.

This location never answers the phone for pickup orders. They never have “hot and ready” pizzas hot and ready. Even when I ordered through the app for pickup 30 minutes later, I still had to wait 20 minutes for two pizzas. It doesn’t make sense. The only appeal of little Caesar’s is that it’s supposed to be quick and cheap. And anymore it’s neither.

We ordered two pizzas for delivery. While they arrived hot, and one pizza was exactly as ordered, the second had no sauce and only half the pepperoni. We called, and the crew on that evening made a new pizza immediately. They walked us through the making of the pizza, put it in the oven, and when it came out, there was a huge bubble in the center due to a fault in the oven. All the cheese and sauce had slid to the sides because of the bubble. The staff gave us a new pizza for free. They were professional, helpful, and exceptional.

I like to come grab a quick pizza. I waited and waited at the window for over 5 min, nobody came, I called they never answered. This is at 10:30, they’ve been open 1/2hr. I got a cheese ready to go. No sauce on the entire outer half of the pizza and very little cheese. Worst pizza I ever got at this location and it used to be the BEST Little Caesar’s for 100 miles! I’m going to try and reach out to the franchise owner and tell them they went from Hero to Zero in one visit

Absolutely terrible establishment. I have gone three times lately and every time is awful. One time I got Cheese Bread that wasn’t cooked in the middle. Another time I waited almost 1 hour for food and got a thin crust that had little toppings and was burnt to heck. Today I went and ordered a singular cheese bread for 6:15pm. I placed this order at 5:44pm. It wasn’t ready by the time I left at 6:50. Not to mention that they don’t answer the drive through. This place isn’t worth your time or frustration. Just spend the extra few dollars and go to an actual decent pizza place instead.

Got my food fast and the crazy bread was great as always. But as soon as I opened my pizza I saw it all thrown on one side of the box sticking to the cardboard and it was half burnt. (Can’t post a picture for some reason) so that was super disappointing. Ate about 2 slices before I was just over it. So I’d give the pizza 1 star. The reason I gave 3 is because I called to complain and I believe her name is Ashley I have horrible memory. But she helped me and was extremely professional gave options on how to make it right and I appreciate her and her hard work. I give her a 5/5
Edit 4/19 dropping to 1 star. Check your bread. It had hair baked into it. And no seasoning. But really the hair is gross.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews but I can’t get ahold of someone on the phone. One of my pizzas wasn’t cut, which is fine, but some of the salt was way too much and made parts of it inedible. My biggest issue is parts of my order is missing and no way to fix without driving there. Unfortunate, the rest was delicious though.

Nasty! No leadership in this store. My pizza had a hair in it and they refused to help me. They said “how do we know its not your hair” No one in charge to speak with. It also was evident someone was vaping in the food prep area when I came to return the pizza.
