If you order a deep dish from this location, particularly; they will, WITHOUT FAIL, PUT THE BOX EDGES INSIDE YOUR PIZZA CRUST. AND SMASH THE LID CLOSED. This happens every single time. It has not changed. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it never changes. They will ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS shut the box into your food. They do not care. There is no reason that should occur on every single pizza I’ve ever brought home from there. Every single one, every single visit. Pizza box edge inside my crust. They do not care about your food. Jordon was serving the drive through. The service was fantastic. The hot and ready selection was reasonably large they can make to order but keep in mind this takes 30 minutes so call ahead. I was able to get a deep dish with pepperoni, regular pepperoni, Italian bread, and crazy bread in about 10 minutes. The food tasted well even after a 30 minute drive. It’s not the best pizza in the world by far but it’s very reasonable and consistent with other locations. I’ll definitely come back for more!!

I spent an hour waiting on the right order.
The online pricing is different from the in store pricing or the cashier robbed me five dollars.
I do take responsibility for not checking the food before I left, but I assume with such a simple request like no mushrooms things would’ve been fine. I had to drive back to the store with the wrong pizza and return it (which scares me to think where that is going). I received an apology and still had to wait on my pizza.
I’ll be ordering online from a different location.

This place is hit or miss. If you want cheese pizza, you’ll almost always have to wait 7-10 minutes. Food is ok, you get what you pay for I guess.

The Pretzel Crust Pizza is not pretzel. It’s their hot n ready pepperoni ( original), with some baking soda water and pretzel salt added to the crust. Had it with pizza sauce, not the cheese sauce option, and the rest of pizza tasted just like the original pepperoni pizza. If you’ve ever had a Little Caesar’s pizza and thought, “Gee, I wish this had five times the salt on it,” this is the pizza for you! As always, great customer service at this location, and pizzas were super hot and generally delicious. My all time fave is still their deep dish!

I go to this location pretty often and I am usually very satisfied! Emmaline always takes great care of me with my well-done pizzas!
I like to pre-plan my orders by calling ahead to have them ready and waiting for me; But even when I don’t, they are so quick it’s ridiculous!

After my recent experiences today,We won’t be ordering from Little Caesars on navy blvd anymore! Our order has made me sick to my stomach from the food tasting nasty & the drink smelled weird! We ended up throwing the food away & the customer support denied my refund request!
