I love stuffed crust Pizza and this is the only place where I can get a good deal at the right price. Hell,,, We all know that even to getting takeout can cost some money these days …Papa John’s which is one of my favorites , can run you 25 to $40 and that’s a takeout Pizza . Food itself is fine, but getting charged 2 dollars extra added because I asked to leave the sauce off is insane. Ordered a Detroit square with no sauce and be charged for cheesy bread that is $2 more. Then wait over 20 min and find out the other Detroit square is missing pepperoni, them knowing it and sending out anyway. Waiting another 15 min to get that corrected. I’m absolutely done with Little Caesars at this point, as this is not the first time.

Tried to place an order over the phone and was told that online ordering was unavailable? I told the employee that I called the store, I’m not ordering online. He then stated that store ordering is not available over the phone and that I would need to go up to the store and order. This is after I was asked what I wanted to order and he even asked for my info. Why answer the phone and take an order and then tell the customer that they can’t place an order. Absolutely ridiculous.

In and out in less than 2 mins , as advertised, hot and ready, came into the store. No wait , pizzas available and ready, wings available and ready and breadsticks available already. You really really did you really ask for any more? If you want to do some kind of customization, I highly recommend using the Little Caesars app, cheers

My wife ordered chicken wings and cheese sticks for herself and my daughter after a school game as a treat, they were about to close store and gave my wife the food really fast , which is weird because chicken wings take awhile ,needless to say she was deathly sick for 72 hours and vomiting, crapping and in miserable shape, I will never be back and neither will my friends, I’m disgusted!!

They don’t take orders over the phone apparently. They’ll ask you what you want to order, take your info, and then tell you they can’t take the order. Bad customer service. They suggested I drive to the store instead.
