Ordered with the app and then picked up using the app took an extra 20 minutes and only used it because no one would answer the phone. Then they still messed up my order putting chesse sauce on my pretzel crust when the app and my receipt clearing said pizza sauce. I left a survey for cooperate about it and never got a response. The app never told me my food was ready and when I went to pick it up everyone was hanging out in back took them forever to come to the counter and food still was not ready. Very disappointed.

I visited Location 841 State Hwy 19 Palatka Fl. on November 19th at 12:30 I ordered half pepperoni onion and the other half mushrooms onion 15 minutes later pizza was brought out with half pepperoni mushrooms and the other half onions. I told the cashier that the pizza was incorrect and she replied so you want this to be remade. I replied yes and we went over the correct toppings then another 15 minutes later pizza came out still incorrect!!!!!! A second person came out to help make the correction and she wrote everything down the way I had ordered to begin with. And she asked regular or thin crust I said regular and after another 15 minutes pizza came out with correct toppings but with thin crust. I asked for refund and I received a refund with no apologizes for the time I had wasted. So I went across the parking lot to Pizza hut and they got my pizza correct the first time.

A very personable young man greeted me and assisted with order. I had made an online order and didn’t receive a message about it being ready. He apologized for no message. Retrieved my order and checked them. He wasn’t satisfied with my pepperoni pizza. He retrieved a ready made one that was up to his inspection. I was impressed that this gentleman really cared about customer satisfaction. My supreme pizza seemed not to be as loaded with toppings as it had been. The pizzas were delicious and satisfied our craving. Little Caesars would be wise to hang on to this gentleman. Possibly have him train others.
