I went to this location and was given a pizza that I could not eat due to the crust being to hard. However, I took the pizza back and asked for another one, and Ms. Whitney said let me make you a new one. The way she made the pizza was perfection. It looked cheesy was not over cooked. It was perfect. So perfect that I would have paid 20$ to have a pizza the way she made it everytime I purchase one.

Avoid them on weekends. They get overwhelmed and never have anything hot n ready. You can order an hour before pickup on the app and they will still not have it in the oven at the selected pickup time. Employees are friendly and do seem to be working. I think the city needs a second location.

It’s that time of year that my FAVORITE pizza is out. Pretzel crust with pepperoni it is just plain good. Location was nice staff nice and quick service. I do not like to get my pizza out of the pizza warmer. You never know how long it’s been there but this one was fresh. I enjoyed it a lot.

Ordered take out online. Food was ready on time, was kind of busy in the store. The hot box is convenient, however still had to get sauces, dips, and brownies from the counter. Had to go back in the store for missing sauce. Food was good one pizza was little overdone but was still acceptable. Over all good not great but for the price fair.

The pizza was delicious and made right the service could be better the lady at the register was a little rude and dirty but in uniform had a bit of a attitude and she didn’t want to be there and she didn’t like her job from what I heard her telling another employee I think she Hated her job and was complaining she didn’t make enough money and she was a manager there and the cook and others were complaining to and the place could use a good cleaning or a better location and the customers that were there look like drug dealer or people who uses them and I saw one employee outside smoking a joint definitely Marijuana by the look of it, and the smell of it But besides all that, I still wish Little Caesars to come to Keystone Heights Florida and put a restaurant here just not those kind of employees and hopefully not those kind of customers. I’d be a nice clean restaurant. I have traveled all over the country and eaten at different restaurants and some of them were really nice and clean and great experiences and employees and safe places to eat and shop And some of them had places you could actually sit down and eat this one and the one in Middleburg does not

Have visited a few times, service and food is hit or miss. Called in a order a hour ahead, was told 30mins wait however I planned to pick an hour later…arrived to them saying my pizza was just going in the oven cause internet orders and hot-n-ready pizzas were moved ahead of them since busy. Still waited 15more mins for rushed food that was doughy.…..not impressed

I went in and ordered an order of pepperoni crazy puffs and cheese crazy puff they said that they didn’t have any cheese that they had The bacon and cheese and it’s the same thing just with bacon and told me that it would be just the same and when I tried it and told them that it was disgusting it was stale. Also, it was running out of time. I go back in after only taking one bite and they say oh I’m so sorry we can’t refund you even though they’re the ones that sold me on it When I wanted cheese and they told me that they didn’t have any
