The customer service at this Little Caesars was absolutely horrible. The tall blonde women employee working alone was extremely rude, dismissive, and made it clear she had no interest in treating customers with any respect. Even though it was obvious she was overwhelmed handling everything—cooking, taking orders, and running the register—that frustration should never be taken out on paying customers.What really pushed this experience over the edge was watching her personally walk an order out to a vehicle, yet when it came to our order, she placed it in the pickup portal while we were standing right there. That level of favoritism is unprofessional and insulting.To make matters worse, when we finally got our food, there was a long blonde hair hanging out from the inside of the the pizza box. Why is she not wearing a hairnet???That is beyond unacceptable—it’s disgusting. Between the terrible attitude, careless service, and unsanitary handling of food, I will never return to this location again. This experience was utterly disappointing and should be addressed immediately by management.

Ordered online. There are Delivery fee’s, Service fee’s and you can choose to leave whatever tip. Explain to me a service fee and a delivery fee when the drivers earn hourly plus tip? I ordered through Little Caesars. Not door dash or uber eats. Total Bs.

Little Caesars Pizza has always been delicious and filling. Nowadays it is also very moderately priced. Their prices haven’t gone up like other pizza places have with their $5 hot and ready large pepperoni pizza. The gentleman that took old order was kind and courteous, he was working both the front register and the drive-thru. The employees that were in the back making the pizzas smiled if you looked back there and got eye contact. Other than that the place was clean, lots of smiles, and some really good pizza. So if you’re in the neighborhood and looking for a quick and not expensive idea for dinner Little Caesars is a great choice. Just a little update about this little Caesars location. Does cashier probably the manager miss Julie is a wonderful person. She has the patience of the saint, and a heart as big as a watermelon. 20 minutes I know it sounds funny but this woman took the time to make sure we were getting an order right suggestive sells 2 l of Pepsi I appreciate this Julie so much. And she helped me find my thermos when I threw it up on my bicycle racks to make room for the pizza.

Having three boys we eat allot of lil Ceasars pizza and this place by far had the best pizza I’ve ever eaten from lil Ceasars! It was like dominos bread all fluffy and delicious, not too much sauce but just enough, the cheese…. oh my gosh the cheese,it tasted sooo fresh! I’m willing to make the extra 30 minute drive back there for pizza that good! Definitely worth it!

Where do I begin? Service like this will never last a second in New York. I waited five minutes at the drive-through so someone can comfortably come to the window and take my order. I was then told my pizza would take 10 minutes this was at 7:45 PM, At 8:10 I was still awaiting my pizza meanwhile the lobby wasn’t busy it just seemed like the employees don’t know how to work. Terrible service, I will start making business at another Caesar’s.

Saw the sign on the window that said pretzel crust pizza is back. Because of that I pulled into the strip mall and marched my way inside only to find out there wouldn’t be any pretzel crust pizza until Thursday (2 days away) Ended up getting a Detroit style pizza and it was good.
