If I could give a 0 I would you can still order on the app to pick up in the pizza portal and it says open but it is temporarily closed according to the building and now I have to figure out how to get a refund on a store with no phone number.
EDIT: Local Manager called was extremely kind and explained the circumstances needless to say it’s a tech issue, not their issue at all I was issued a refund promptly. I will definitely order pizza here when they reopen.

Ordered the pizzas for a birthday party. Ordered them last night to be ready today at 1:15. They didn’t put them into the oven until 1:20. Now I’m going to be late because the workers in the store look high. This is absurd.

This stores is a pretty good location, the store itself is clean, they’re usually really quick, most of the staff is rather friendly and helpful. The pizza is usually hot and fresh. My only complaint with the store is they don’t take orders over the phone. You actually have to be there to place an order which is annoying when you want your order to be ready when you get there. They also do not accept cash so don’t go there if you only have cash.

I ordered a 5 meat treat pizza from this location on today. Once I got the pizza home, I was incredibly disappointed with how hard the bread was. When it was taken back, the lady upfront stated there was nothing she could do. She said since the pizza left the store, she couldn’t issue a refund or make another pizza. This was my first bad experience at this location and also the last time I will order here.

The atmosphere and customer service was great when I came to pick up my $6.99 classic Pepperoni pizza and my Twix Cookie Dough bar. The cookie dough bar was great but my Pizza was obviously too overcooked for my liking. I don’t like my pizza being Crunchy. Plenty of Pepperoni and cheese but not enough sauce for my preference.

I did not know it’s their grand opening I did notice a lot of workers and exceptionally clean. I’m a truck driver and I was passing through and hadn’t had Little Cesar in a long time because most of them are dirty with bad reviews and the workers a lot of times are a little bit on the angry side so I’ll pass. I sincerely hope this one doesn’t turn out to be that way.
But let’s talk about pizza I purchased a large pepperoni thin crust, and I can honestly say it is the second best little Cesar I’ve ever had. Generally their pizza don’t have enough sauce for me. this one did plus the dough and everything was extremely fresh but the pizza was made perfect. I also got a side of their sauce very flavorful again this is not the norm at all little Caesars. I truly enjoyed my experience there. Please keep up the good work.

First time there the lady was not very nice at all. The second time there we had a gentlemen that gave us a free pizza because we had to wait on a hot-n-ready pizza so because he was so nice I will return.
