I placed an online order for a three meat pizza and bread sticks. When I got there, the manager or one of the workers was locking the door and that was fine because my order was for a drive-thru pick up It was like 9:45pm. I don’t know what time this location closes. I told her my name she gave me my order It didn’t feel hot. I got to the house I opened it. Breadsticks were raw. Pretty sure they were not even cooked, the pizza did not have three meats. The pizza she gave me only have pepperoni and I can tell the pizza had been sitting out because it was just not even warm. I called immediately to let the manager know that my order was not correct that the breadsticks was raw and the pizza was just not the correct piece no answer at all which I’m not surprised cause like I said that they were closing.

I just wanted to express how amazing all of these employees/ managers/ staff are at this location. I had a Soldier who wanted to re enlist here because he absolutely loves Little Caesars Pizza. So I reached out to the management to make sure it would be okay & to see if we could make his day special. I was working closely with Kimberly & her manager David who helped make everything happen. They over delivered and made his day unforgettable.! Even Caesar himself was there to help swear my Soldier in. Kimberly was so sweet and extra helpful to organize everything. They are the epitome of what customer service should be. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the set up from their team was amazing! From the balloons, to the added details of cookies and cupcakes! This location with their employees definitely deserves to be recognized for their outstanding customer service!

Placed an order for cheesy bread add pepperoni and sausage with a 5 piece wing. I I ended up speaking with AMIA D(who said to make sure I spell her name in all caps when I leave my review) when I called back to inquire as to how my order was so wrong. I was initially speaking with the manager who said her name was Kim. At what point she gave the phone to AMIA D,I have no clue. If you’re the manager,you should’ve been handling my complaint. Somehow I feel that was a lie. The conversation was off. How did I end up with a whole deep dish pizza when I clearly sent an order for cheesy bread. She went on to tell me you can’t add toppings to “Italian cheesy bread”. No where did I have Italian cheesy bread in my request. The customer service was so horrible and unprofessional,I will never return! Totally ghetto!

Usually a reliable pizza joint, we order ahead thru the app. Check what they give you though, they’re not against sending you off from the drive thru with overcooked from too long sitting or shorting sides. Tonight someone doesn’t know how to use a pizza cutter, slices are half cut and tearing them from the complete pie makes a mess as toppings are going all over.

Ordered pick up to be picked up at the drive thru. Watched the person ahead of me have a conversation with the employee while my order continues sit. Said employee saw there were other folks in line. Employee should have had the person ahead of me pull around to wait for their order or to finish their conversation. I went inside to get it because I was tired of waiting for their conversation to end. Food was ok. I’ve had better from this store.

I feel like little Caesars gets a bad rap but when I order a pizza that’s not a hot n ready, and it’s made fresh it’s really good. Consistent and you can’t beat the price. This specific location always does a good job even though I can tell they are understaffed. Sometimes it’s just one lady in there.

Usually this place is okay, not great but not terrible. Today though …. There’s nothing acceptable about a burned, stale pizza, that was so hard it bordered on inedible AND snippy rude service. If say this location should be embarrassed but clearly they lost that ability as of being hired.

I only have issues when it comes to the Abercorn store. I ordered online and ended up having to wait for 2 1/2 hours. I ordered deep dish and they basically give me 2 lunch special size pizzas and one wasn’t even shaped ANYTHING like a pizza. They even got the soda wrong. Had to wait even longer because it was cold once I received it. They are horrible when it comes to service.

Ordered from my local little Caesars not five minutes from my house through DoorDash paid an extraordinary amount of money to have it. DoorDash to my house paid for one thing and got something totally different. Tried to call your store, but nobody ever wants to answer it and every time I go in and walk to pick up my order, the store is nasty and dirty. The employees are rude and disgusting to the customers, except for in the drive up line if you go in the store they’re gonna be completely rude. You can’t get anybody on the phone to change my order so I guess y’all owe me some money cause I didn’t get what I paid for. Paid for Italian cheesy bread and got this just regular crazy bread

I’ve always wondered why zero Stars isn’t an option, because I would have rated the experience I have most times at this location a zero. Out of 10 visits, only two were satisfactory. Long wait lines and poor quality are the main issues.
