I was picking up food for a work lunch, the app said it was ready. When I went in to pick it up the cashier told me to check the doordash hot container, it wasn’t there so I asked if it was the pizzas behind the register. I was told no, to sit and wait my turn. I waited for 30mins just for the man in the back to pull said pizzas from behind the register. The fact I could see the cook not washing his hands after coughing and sneezing while not wearing gloves was totally fantastic. Avoid this location if you value your time and health.

I ordered an Old World Pepperoni pizza, which is supposed to have 100 slices of pepperoni. This is what I got, and it’s about 60 slices of pepperoni short. I’ll never order this again, and will just stick to the hot and ready, because that’s all I received anyways.

DON’T DO IT! This Little Caesar’s is not like others we’ve ordered from. Paid for extra crazy sauces and got NONE. Paid for 3 garlic butters and got Buffalo and ranch. Pizza was cold, the large pepperoni we ordered turned out to be a medium. Just look at the crazy bread. Pathetic excuse for a Little Caesar’s. Tried calling from Google to let them know and it just went to a voicemail that is full after listening to the ads. Just close it down at this point.

Don’t expect any quality or customer service whatsoever from this location. I order consistently every Friday night because I love Little Caesars pizza, but they mess up my order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. At this point, they’re not even making an effort to cut the pies correctly. And zero chance of getting someone on the phone to correct their mistakes. I’ve called the customer service line a few times and they’ve promised refunds that never showed up. If you don’t mind throwing your money at a game of chance or being happy with whatever random item they decide to give you, then I recommend this ridiculous pizza pie wheel of fortune for you!

Went to lil ceasers with low expectations as this location is usually not adequately staffed for the amount of volume it receives, and left with the determination to never go back again. I waited almost 40 minutes for two pizzas that were made originally within 10 minutes, but were given away to a customer that had just ordered! After i finally said something to the cashier, she told me my pizza was “burnt” and i watched her put a new one in the oven without any gloves on. The pizza i received is pictured. I know it’s lil ceasers and i’m not expecting perfection, but not ONE person on staff apologized for their mistake, or even tried to make up for the 40 minute wait in the store. I watched 5 other customers who had ordered WAY after me leave with their food within minutes of ordering. Someone please get this store together!
