AMAZING SERVICE! I was served by Tina who is the manager of the store and she was absolutely incredible! Loved her vibrant personality and goofy attitude not to mention the pizza was cooked to perfection ‼️

Let’s start by saying Ava is amazing and much appreciated for taking our order. She was super customer focused and so pleasant. On the other hand, Tina, the manager, was very condescending and rather rude. I had a special request just for sauce and was told that corporate would not allow it, even though we offered to pay whatever the cost. It could have been $10 and we would have been ok with that. To top it off, our order was incorrect and the pretzel crust was a regular crust with salt. Thanks AVA. no thanks TINA.

Picked up a pizza on 10/31 and they were swamped. They were all working like a well oiled machine, it was all hands on deck and they should be very proud of themselves. Customer service was excellent even when receiving less than kind comments from customers. Couldn’t do that job even if I tried, keep up the hard work guys!

I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza, a stuffed crust pretzel pizza, bread sticks, and the bite things… when I got home the food all looked half way done and the bread sticks have no cheese on them like I don’t understand waiting for it to be done and it isn’t done smh

Placed an online order today, when I got home one of my pizzas was burnt. I called the stop and spoke to the manager and exploiter. She said I would have to Drive 30 minutes back for a new one I said I wanted a refund Again I tried to explaine a 30 minute Drive there and 30 minutes home but the manager hung up on me.

EDIT: After quite some time, my family and I gave this establishment another try. The bad news is that the quality control is the same, and management is worse. After making an online order to ensure the freshest product, I was disappointed once again. Unfortunately, my husband went to go pick up our pizzas and neglected to open the boxes to look at them before leaving. After arriving all the way back home, we discovered they were both burnt. Nearly no cheese, bare dough in places, hard crust, and burnt crispy. I called back to speak to the manager, but the girl who answered the phone said that she had stepped out. I left my name and number for a TINA to call me back. The young girl who refused to give me her name was the one who called me back and said that the manager was too busy to speak to me, but that I would need to personally bring the burnt pizza back in person to do anything. When I explained that it further inconvenienced us, she became defensive. When I asked her once again to ask TINA to come to the phone, she continued to say that the manager was way too busy to speak to a customer.
Word of advice: DON’T COME HERE and if you do, check your pizza before leaving. Sad, but necessary.

They didn’t have adequate pizzas ready so I had to order. While still in there, the phone rang uncontrollably. The girl looked at me when it rang and she knew she’d been caught lying. And when I finally got it, the quality of the pizza wasn’t great. It was undercooked and falling apart in the middle. All in all, very disappointed.

My daughter and I went to grab one one of the hot and ready pizzas…there where 2 customers ahead of her and like 3 more came in , which she was told it as atleast a 10 min wait. She sat and I waited in the car because it was pouring rain…I noticed all those people came out with pizzas and she was still waiting ..I called her phone she said the lady rolled her eyes at her and when she asked for the pizza she was waiting on the lady by the name of Trina W shrugged her shoulders and walked off..I then walked in to all employees in the back talking and my daughter being ignored..i asked a guy who was in sight where is the manager..he looks at me with disgust and says, What very rude..then another guy comes up saying he’s the manger (which is a lie) and that no pizzas where ready after we done been waiting over 20 minutes, but I see the lady with the khaki pants now hiding looking from around the racks…the racism they showed was literally uncalled for and I will not support any componany who always these workers to show such hatred….she was the only one skipped and showed hatred out of all the people who where entering . This place is trash and the workers don’t mind showing racism.

So, today is 6/3/24 @ 9:02 pm. I just went in this location to order 1 order of wings, & the shift supervisor Anna told the new girl they weren’t making no more wings. After the cook told her it would be 10 minutes if I could wait. This is horrible & not the first time that I’ve had bad service here.

Second time my husband picked up “hot and ready”. Almost no sauce. After we tookit home and added sauce and mozzarella then broiled it was fine. Next time I’ll probably choose anything other than this particular little Caesars
