Normally, the food is pretty good. This time, the dough was so thin in the middle of the pizza that the toppings instantly fell off when you picked it up. Also, the “crazy bread” wasn’t fully cooked.

Be aware that if your pizza order is wrong or cold, you cannot get your money back. I placed an order through the app and when I arrived, it was not in the pizza portal. So I had to wait in line and ask for it up at the front, which defeats the purpose of ordering through the app and hoping it’s kept warm for you. So the pizza was cold, not kept hot on a warmer or tray when I picked it up. Then when we get home to open up the pizza, it was wrong. I ordered the $12.49 crazy crust stuffed pizza and you can see in the picture that it was just a plain crust with no seasoning at all. Like absolutely no flavor to this crust. I’ll tell you why in a sec. I called to speak directly to the restaurant and let them know of the issue. I spoke with Greg and he was very kind and put me on hold to ask the prep team if they remember making my pizza. He came back and told me that “they said they ran out of the crazy crust seasoning and have been making those pizzas without it.“ So having admitted to the error on their behalf, I requested a refund and was denied because he could only offer another pizza per management. That’s not his fault. But I would like management to know if you care about your customers, that with this policy you are blatantly taking money from hard working people and not even telling them when you run out of ingredients when they pick it up. I would have gladly ordered a different type of pizza and paid less for no crazy crust. Instead, you falsely advertise, take the money and don’t honor your word or the quality. And then you do not even give your local team the ability for customer resolution for issues caused. I was offered a free pizza tomorrow when the next shipment of crazy crust arrives. It’s like a SNL skit really. Order 1118760.

While she was in town I had our daughter pick up a pizza. It was supposed to be a supreme. What we got was a soggy pepperoni pizza with cold additional toppings thrown on after it came out of the oven. I really wish I could leave no stars because 1 is way too much. If it’s too much to actually cook a pizza to order then cancel the order.

It’s unusual I ever leave reviews for anything but I had to give a shout out to Miles at this Little Ceasers! Never have I seen any pizza place with an employee like this. He was moving and moving fast running between making pizzas, handling phones and front counter, and everything else, with a sense of urgency, that was needed on the fly. He had the best attitude and made the best pizzas I’ve had from there ever. Lille Ceasers you NEED to keep this guy and keep him happy. He WILL NOT be easy to replace. Thank you Miles.

3. they were talking about how one of the employees gave a homeless man a empty bag of taco bell. as a joke.

It’s Xmas eve they closed an hour ago (which I did not know other wise would not have ordered) the store was packed and many people complaining about wait times which was not their fault the system shouldn’t have allowed you to put in an order but these guy were doing amazing! Great communication! Keep up the good job guys!

Just picked up a the cheese pizza from little cease taste like laundry detergent and the sauce was cold and had an old taste to it. This has been the nastiness pizza ever the pizza and the sauce gross. Want ever ever go there again.

First off,this not about the driver or the quality of the food because both were 10 out of 10. I’m set back because of the price of the brownies. I’m on a limited budget in which I choose a few places a month I can order take out.. Take this to the bank, I gave them views on the price of the brownies and them that the price was ridiculous for 4 brownies around $5. Ok,I’m cheap blah blah blah and that being said I’m pretty sure each and everyone that reads this has been in my place. I’ll come back and order again but I’ve learned from my mistakes and will not order those brownies that are the size of a Rice Krispy Treat Pack
