I had an excellent experience at this Little Caesars! The service was incredibly fast, and every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I especially want to give a big shout out to Keshawn Ham! He went above and beyond with his professionalism and kindness. He was extremely polite and even held the door open for me as I carried out my order. Employees like him truly make a difference. Highly recommend this location!

Waiting for more then 30mins for the cheese bread, 1 order with sauce. I saw when it was placed in the warmer, I still had to wait another 10 mins before they handed it to me WITHOUT THE SAUCE! I reminded her of the sauce and she said it’s extra. I reminded her “I know that, that’s why I said that when I ordered it!” She just handed me the sauce without charging me. The service is getting slower at nearly every restaurant you go in. Hands on training for rushes and without a calculator sometimes, is necessary for you to know who’s committed to customer service. They’re too relaxed and used to other things working for them. Quality has left every place I visit now.

Long braided man just yelling names with a lot of food piled up. Ordered my food 5:53pm and I tracked it. The app said my food was ready at 6:30. It in fact was not ready and they just ignored everyone while being extremely unprofessional.

Not bad for a location this size, customer service was friendly, ordering area is small so the location can get a bit over crowded at times, my only problem is they try to put three pizzas in the pizza porter, with your wings and bread sticks, they need a larger porter for larger pickups orders. Like most places in the area they are now charging for condiments as well. This location has delivery service with DoorDash/Uber Eats remember to tip your driver. There is a wait time for delivery here. Support local workers.

dude the lady working tonight at 9:30pm with glasses, front counter (2/22/26) was so so mean and rude. I came in after picking up a online order only because i got the wrong flavor wings (i’m allergic to the flavor they mistook mine with) i simply told her that i got the wrong ones and she was insanely mean about it. she literally took the wings back to the kitchen area then turned around with the same box and tried to give it back to me, when i told her this is still wrong she snatched my order sticker out of my hands, then got the correct wings for me and slammed them on the counter. i’m so upset about this because i came in with a simple request. i hate the service in hinesville

We come here often and every single time it is a long wait. This time we came to get hot and ready. We ordered from what was specifically in the hot and ready oven so we could get home fast. The lady at the register Proceeded to not give us the pizza and sell it to the person behind us. We had to wait 40 minutes for the pizza. Very frustrating.

Always shortstaffed the food taste like plastic is never any hot and ready pizzas available. You should not have to wait on the pizza for two hours. This is ridiculous. The signs says Hot and Ready not Hot and Wait!!! Do better! Especially with the employees arguing among themselves in the back very loudly.

Placed an online order for 30 pizzas the night before I needed them for a Cross Country Team. Our race was done earlier than expected. I called in to the restaurant and asked if the pizzas could be ready a little earlier (about 30 minutes.)
As I walked in to the restaurant, the pizzas were being packed up and we waited no more than 5 minutes in the store.
Team members were professional and accommodating!
