This was my first time ordering from this Little Caesars location, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. We ordered a deep dish pizza and wings for delivery. The pizza was raw and doughy in the middle, making it inedible. The wings appeared cooked, but the texture was poor.

I called the store to report the issue with the pizza. The employee who answered took my name and asked me to hold, but then set the phone down on the counter. I could hear staff talking and working for about 10 minutes with no response. I tried asking if anyone was there multiple times but received no reply. When I hung up and attempted to call back, the line was busy.

While the undercooked pizza was frustrating, the lack of customer service was the most disappointing part of this experience. Based on this visit, I would not recommend ordering from this location

I visited this little cesars to grab a quick bite for my husband and I, while my husband was making our order I asked if I can please use the restroom and the associate shows me where the door is and no problem, I went to the restroom and on my way out another employee confronts me with a huge nasty attitude saying bathroom is not open to public and they are not required per store policy to allow customers to go back and use the restroom. I was very confused because I asked permision first of all before going back and the comment was completly uneccesary to speak to a customer that way. I understand everyone has a bad day but she was just sour and nasty, she should not be working with customers whatsoever, little did she know that Im 17 weeks pregnant and looked up georgia law and found out that buisness with 3 or more employees present are required by law to allow restroom access to customers and specially with certain medical conditions/ handicaped in the event there is no public restrooms nearby.

I ordered a pizza for my son in the store because I rarely eat pizza. The pizza is rang up and it is noisy inside so when the young woman told me price I didn’t hear that the pizza was $11. After the pizza was ready and I got my receipt I was shocked. Looked the pizza up online and it was $2 cheaper. Now some will say it’s only $2 but the customer that ordered after. Me was charged $2 more for his 5 meat pizza. I suggest if you are getting a pizza from the Hwy 96 restaurant that you order it online or on the app to avoid the over charge price. I understand making money at a restaurant is important but overcharging is bad business if you want a repeat customer. Maybe I just look at things differently. Sn the prices for each pizza is not up on the menu screen to know the actual price before ordering.

I was happy the opened a location near me but not happy with the food.

The wings were not good at all they were very small and not good texture. 1/5 rating

The reason we stopped here is because I wanted to try the new pepperoni puffs. So disappointed- they were dry and flat. 1/5 rating

We ordered the pretzel crust, but rated like regular crust with a little salt put on after it was cooked. Almost like they forgot and threw some salt in there to make it look like the pretzel crust. 1/5 rating

This is the first time we have ever had pizza to throw away. No one even wanted to eat it as a leftover. This has never happened to us before. Never.

The cheese bread was the best part of the meal. I hope they do better but not sure if I will go again.

I only gave them one star because that’s the only way I could write a review. I ordered online and when I got there my order was canceled, no cancellation email or text, and the guy said he canceled my order, not sure why it was canceled, because I couldn’t understand nothing he was saying, and I didn’t get a refund, they kept my money, worst restaurant ever!!! I will never order from them again!!!

I have made multiple orders at this location since it has opened and while past experiences have been complimentary.. this one has been quite unusual due to the owner. I made a online order of 1 half pepperoni half cheese pizza, 1 garlic cheese bread, and bread sticks. When I arrived I used my code 579 and picked up the food from the automatic oven. Drove home and opened my pizza box to see I did not have half n half, but half pepperoni n half sticks. Called and spoke w the young man who was working the counter and he discussed with the cook that maybe the pizza was just cut incorrectly? Then asked if I would text a picture of my pizza. I even told him my daughter could not wait to eat the pepperoni slice seeing as the pizza should of been half n half. I was not expecting to send a picture. The young man said he would write the issue in the system and I asked if I could come later in the evening once I had someone to stay home with my daughter, like maybe around 6 and he agreed. I called at 5:35pm and asked if the order could be made so I could come pick it up and the young lady placed me on hold to then have a older woman, whom I am assuming now is the owner, began questioning me where the other pizza is. I said no one told me I needed the pizza or needed to bring it back. I tried to explain that my original order was at 2 in the afternoon. I told her I sent a picture to the young man and she claimed that is her son and with so many people accusing them of mess ups over the last two weeks I would need to bring the other pizza and kept interrupting me and then hung up on me. I am flabbergasted by the unprofessionalism in this situation and lack of follow through. Please ignore grammar mistakes as I am upset by this establishment and their lack of customer service support. I overall rate the owners zero stars for hanging up on me and not owning up to their mistake nor trying to fix it.

Girl is a daddy’s girl and she’s rude to the customers… Hung up on my face when I was trying to make an order so when I got there I would only pay and leave.. but because of her being rude I went to dominos instead never fails with good customer service

This is the second time that I ordered a Extramostbest pizza from this location. I barely got any peps on the pizza, it was more of a cheese pizza! Then the guy told me that it was under the cheese……not. It’s supposed to be extra peps…Extra! Even though it’s close to my house, I’m good

I had a pretty large order last night. When i picked it up the gentleman behind the counter asked my name. I told him and he walked off. Then a female asked my name so I gave her my first and last name. She started to get the pizzas and then asked to see my order. I opened the app and showed her the order. She then stated that she didn’t see my name. I litterally just showed her the entire order. Then she just sat the pizzas on the counter and walked off without saying anything word. The pizzas were not cut at all. I had to re-cut all of them. This place really needs to work on customer service skills.

I’m so glad we finally have a location on this side of town only 1.2 miles away!!!
The pizza and Cheese bread were great and the kids LOVED them. I had oven roasted wings that were ok, but nothing to write home about.
The staff was friendly and asked me the moment I walked in the door if they could help.
