I’m highly dissatisfied in this store. I walked in and was ready to order Cameron S and another lady were in the back talking and on their phones. I patiently waited for 10 minutes while they were talking and they still didn’t acknowledge my presence. Mind you, the door did ring when I walked in. 2 people came in after me, it had been 10 minutes already and they still didn’t acknowledge us until AFTER THEY WERE DONE WITH THEIR CONVERSATION. I ask that you please do not be in customer service if you’re not going to SERVICE. This is very displeasing and will not recommend this food chain to anyone.

If I could give more stars for service I definitely would! The young guy that was there on Friday 06/02 around 5:45PM at the front counter was amazing! He was hustling and so nice to everyone that came in. Definitely need to make sure you keep him around as long as possible! You can tell he takes pride in his job and that’s hard to find these days.

I stopped here for a quick kid friendly dinner. Well I ordered 1 classic pep and 1 pep pretzel crust with pizza sauce. The pretzel crust pizza has no pizza sauce and the pep are arranged along the crust. Then it looks like someone has played in the middle of the pizza. I have called 4 or 5 times and no one will answer the phone. Just get DiGiorno!!! Oh I took pictures of this foolishness!!

I walked in at 9:25pm, again I walked in. Someone was sweeping the floor as I walked in. They then told me they are closed. 3 or 4 more cars are pulling in as I’m typing this and I see them leaving with food. Walking in and going through the drive thru.

Trash restaurant takes people’s orders during working hours and close during working hours. Couldn’t even receive my food because they decided to close at 5pm on a Saturday I would not recommend getting food from there

Busy and clearly understaffed. Several people waiting for their food to be made. I stand at the counter for more than 5 minutes waiting to just be acknowledged. One employee comes up front looking for something, doesn’t say anything. Another employee comes up to the counter to hand a customer a pizza. Acts as if I’m not standing there. Does not speak or even look at me. A simple “ We’re a little behind but will be right with you” would have made all the difference. I would not have minded waiting had I simply been acknowledged.

I order 15 pizzas for our kids birthday party. 15!!! I ordered online about 10:30am and needed them for 5 o’clock. That gave them plenty of time to have our order made, fresh! Our pizzas were terrible! Barely cut into slices, we had to use a pocket knife to cut them, and they were so tough. You should have seen our guests trying to eat this pizza. It was not only embarrassing but a waste of $100 bc I saw most of it go in the trash. I personally like little caesars sauce which is why I chose them. But they dropped the ball. I wish I would have looked at the other reviews before ordering.
