I’d rate the food, but this location closes 20 minutes early, which is definitely against policy. They made my friend leave after she had already been standing in line because they were too lazy to toss dough for four pizzas. They literally said “we’re not taking anymore orders because we don’t have any dough stretched out”. This is, not only, unprofessional, but also signs of a poor work environment with employees that don’t care about the business or policies.

Once I was able to speak to someone he asked what if like or what what name was it ordered online and mid sentence he stopped me and said ‘wait (with attitude). before you order, it’s gonna be a 20 minute wait.’ I said okay but that’s not hot and ready.

Kaptured Beginnings
I ordered two pizzas and wings. Driver delivered to wrong address (you can see in the delivery pics she delivered to the incorrect address) and I can’t get help with my refund. So just know per Little Caesars THEY CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS! Lost money and my food. No help from Little Caesars NOR doordash. Still have not received my refund and it’s been since JUNE 27! The amount of negative reviews this place has behooves me! I will definitely go out my way for a better experience. This place SUCKS!
Update: I received a refund from Door Dash in August. I had to call multiple times and go back and forth with reps on the phone about my refund before they finally sent it back mid-August.

Walked in and was immediately disgusted. First, place is dirty. Like prints on walls, dirty ceiling, crumbs and hand prints all over counters and glass, and pizza sauce on the floor. Definitely looked like the crew/ owner had NOT been properly cleaning for a long time. I came in for a simple cheese pizza, it was not busy at all and I still had to wait 30+ minutes to get a single cheese pizza. The cashier did not greet us and choose to make a phone call right before I called him out to finally take our order. The manager and other employee just looked at us, no type of customer service skills what so ever. Years ago this place was CLEAN and had a MUCH BETTER staff.
