I ordered a pizza today from this location (Feb 10) and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, when I opened it, the pizza looked and smelled like it was made earlier (possibly from the previous day), rather than freshly prepared. The crust was dry, the toppings didn’t taste fresh, and overall it didn’t feel like something made that same day.
I’ve ordered from here before and usually enjoyed it, which is why this was disappointing. I wanted to point this out because serving food that seems old or not fresh can be concerning for customers’ expectations and safety.
I hope the team can address this so that the quality matches the otherwise good reputation many people seem to have

No cheese on most of my pizza. Manager flat out refused to fix it or compensate for the issue. He said that he could remake the pizza but it would look identical to the one he gave me because “it’s caused by how they cut the slices.” I call bull on that one. Look at the cheese pizza from the same order.
I asked him what I was supposed to do with cheese-less pizza and he said “I don’t know what you’re going to do with it… we’ve done our part.”
I’ve gotten poorly made pizza here before, but they have always been willing to fix things until now. I will be reaching out to corporate on this one.

Customer service is null at this location. Order almost always wrong, manager when you call to inquire sets the phone on the counter then proceeds to make fun of the customers while the phone is off the hook and can hear everything. Deleted the app from my phone and refuse to order here, thankfully the new pizza restaurant just down the strip is there and I look forward to this location going out of business if this is the quality of staff you have.

I order from this Little Caesars quite a bit and I normally get the crazy puffs. This was the worst ever!! They look like they have been sitting there for at least four hours. They were not fresh and I am so disappointed!!!! I can’t believe that they would even send that mess out.

Dough not rolled out so pizza deep dish Supreme looked like a pizza cupcake. Dough did not cook inside. Terrible pizza. Waste of a gift card that was given to me.

I live not even 2 minutes from this one and it is the worse! Put something else here that would value customer service! Went to the drive thru for 10 minutes no one came to the window! Went inside another 10 minutes and the man inside just ignored me and my husband! I loudly said can you take our order and he walked around straight ignoring us! Walked out and went to pizza and great!

Inedibly undercooked pizza. Both Deep Deeps were undercooked to the point that more than half of each pizza was still uncooked dough.
Little Caesars can be pretty spotty in quality, but this meal was straight up disgusting. Ordered fairly late, by the time I got it back home wouldn’t have had enough time get back before close.
Crazy sticks and other pizza were also undercooked, just not quite so raw.

Certain LS are better than other just like most any other chain. But this one specifically is the best I’ve ever bought food from as far as Little Caesars go. The workers here are always courteous, kind and fast with the food. Not exactly sure why this one is so much better than the other but I promise you that it is. Especially the little 4 peice pizza puffs. Good price too. Also,just because they aren’t delivery drivers, doesn’t mean they don’t deserve a tip. They’re back in the kitchen where it’s always hot. And no I’m in no way shape or form an employee or asked to write this but when a place deserves props,you gotta give it
