Matthew, I’m assuming the so called manager refused to remake or refund my pizza after I was given a RAW pizza and also they left the paper on the pizza and the parts that were cooked it was baked to that paper. I will not be supporting this company ever again. Do better.

Im never a fan of the service we receive here or the “VERY LIGHT LIGHT SAUCE” orders we call in.

But let me tell ya about a young man named Matthew! Working the night of 1/31/26!!!
From answering the phone, to picking my order up, his kindness, smiles, and customer service was amazing. You dont see that much here and Matthew, I hope the bosses see this and come take care of you or atleast make it known that you did a PHENOMENAL job and how greatful we are for you!
Matthew deserves a raise! And atleat acknowledged for how good he treated us. Im sure others could say the same!

Went to get some pizza Tuesday. There was only 1 employee working, a young red headed guy. The guy did a great job. We ordered 3 custom pizzas and a large Italian cheese bread. Not only did he have our food ready in a great time, but he was also doing other folk’s orders and had theirs done in great time. This guy’s is doing a great job. Get him some help in there. This guy deserves a raise.

Foods good depending on what you get. Ive waited almost an hour for a literal cheese pizza though. Staff is nice unless your upset about waiting an hour for a pizza then theyre rude. still better than paying $20 for a pizza at dominos.

I placed an order at the Little Caesars in Lafayette, GA at 6:04 PM with an estimated pickup time of around 6:30 PM. We didn’t arrive until about 7:00 PM, which should’ve been more than enough time for everything to be ready. When we got there, three of the pizzas were done, but the cheese bread still wasn’t ready.

We ended up waiting another 20 minutes after already arriving late, just for the cheese bread. By the time the full order was finally ready, it was around 7:30 PM. That’s an hour and a half from when the order was placed way too long for something as simple as three pizzas and one cheese bread.

While we were waiting, I politely asked if we could at least have a garlic sauce for the inconvenience. The employee told us no, which honestly made the whole situation feel even worse. After waiting that long for an item that should’ve been ready well before we arrived, being denied a simple sauce was just disappointing and unnecessary.

This experience was frustrating, poorly handled, and completely avoidable. If an order placed at 6:04 is still missing items at 7:30, something isn’t being managed correctly. I really hope this location improves its timing and customer service, because this made absolutely no sense.

When I get pizza, 9 times out of 10 it’s because I am exhausted from work and I need something easy to feed my family for dinner. The past 2 times I have bought Little Caesar’s, I would have no complaints if the cook didn’t make it so sloppy and careless. The cheese is running off of half the pizza and no one wants to settle for that.. especially after spending $40 and when you have picky little eaters who won’t touch that and pitch a fit because they’re still hungry. Half of each pizza is absolutely pathetic looking and unappealing. Please fix this little issue.. If you aren’t capable of spreading cheese evenly on the pizza’s you’re getting paid to make, then this isn’t the job for you. All of my fellow EXHAUSTED mothers who have the same issue from this location, you’re welcome.

everyone just like him . He made our pizza and night amazing, first time we have not had to wait at ALL at the location. Usually we wait 15+ minutes. Not when Jessie is clocked in.

Been ordering here for 8 years the last 2 years it’s gone down hill Ordered a deep dish supreme on the way home from work went through the drive through said a deep dish supreme for David got the pizza took my card never said the price got home there was no pepperoni on the pizza looked at my receipt and found I was charged $16 for a $14 pizza with pepperoni missing from it called the restaurant and was told they could make me a new pizza but couldn’t do anything about me being overcharged was so mad That there’s nothing they can do about overcharging me I hung up and called
corporate hope they shut this miss managed store down what kind of customer service is this think the owner should shut the doors will never order from here again will go across the street to pizza hut

Every single time I come to this establishment, there are never ANY PIZZAS READY. I’ve ordered a few times and the “app” was messed up so I waited like 45 mins because it was loading and didn’t say it was ready yet. Finally I just came in and they said that it had been done for a while . Also just came through the drive thru again, no pizzas ready 10-15 minute wait and the guy taking the orders through the drive thru was actually pretty freaking rude. “What do you want” slamming the window opened and closed. The only time this little Caesar’s was running smoothly was when Mason worked here. Have to buy the marinara sauce and they don’t even fill the cup up but maybe halfway.
