Ordered one pepperoni pizza, light sauce. Was told the wait was 30 mins which was fine. When I got the pizza, it seemed to have extra sauce so I took it back and asked to have it remade but was told it would be another 30 min wait to have it remade. I just had to get my money back. This location has gone downhill lately. I hope they get new managers with actual training because I used to love Little Caesar’s.

This was my favorite place for pizza but I saw the employees pick a pizza out of the floor take it to the back and fix it in the box then serve it to the first customer who came in !! I was waiting on them to remake my cheese bread . Because it looked like it was done the same way, Dropped in the floor and put in the box for me to eat .I’ll show you the before and after pic. I was told sorry it doesn’t look like the picture.. I feel like I gave them a chance to fix it but after seeing them pick food out of the floor and still serve it. I’ll never eat there again . Please check your pizza if you go .

The food was good. a bit of a wait, but the thing I don’t understand is they’re always hiring and short staffed. There’s always a wait, and I know 5 people who have no bad history who have applied and got turned down so I’m confused when it comes to that and there always being a wait.

Good hot food. Waited and waited on a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. I was mad. But it was great tasting.
03/24/2023 about 3 pm. Ordered two pizzas and door dashed them. The pizza I wanted was fine the other pizza had a black hard burnt cheese ring around it. Must’ve been a brand new employee, but still, you don’t send out food looking like that. It was disappointing to have to hand that over to my roommate to be eaten. What happened to presentation when you receive your meal. If it looks fabulous, then it’ll probably be great. I felt bad eating a delicious looking pizza when she had that mess they sent out to us. Disappointed and choosing other places to nibble the kibble.

I went inside and ordered a 3 meat! I was told it would take awhile. I was fine with that. Then after a few minutes it came up and they said it had been in the oven but still it was just warm so it had to been sitting for a while. As I went to my vehicle I noticed the box was not hot like it usually is when you get a fresh pizza. Next time I’m going to open it up and not accept it if it’s not fresh! I had to reheat it in the microwave when I got home.Also it didn’t seem to have enough toppings of meat!

This place needs new management and new facilities. They can never facilitate even a Friday afternoon. They literally NEVER have ANYTHING “Hot and Ready”. You get here and order one cheese pizza and one pepperoni pizza ( no one mentions a wait) and sit 30 minutes. It’s absolutely RIDICULOUS. I will avoid it at all costs from now on.

This is the second time I’ve ordered on the app, waited the 20 minutes or so till they said it’d be ready for me to get there and the staff inform me they haven’t even started it. On top of that the staff was completely unprofessional and rude. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Called 30 mins in advance for 1 pepperoni 1 cheese. Pretty simple order. Plenty of time to be made correctly. Get home 20 mins away to see both pizzas are under cooked and doughy. Had to throw them away
