I got a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and it was baked just right! Not real busy when I came so it was nice to be able to eat outside quietly. I can see from other posts it can be a “hit or miss” at this location, but for me this time it was perfect!

I’m never going to do anymore business with this Little Caesars. It’s always something with them! However, this time, It was 7:00pm when I placed my order online, I live about 25 minutes away, and when I went in to check to see if it was ready they said it was in progress, so I stepped outside. A few minutes later I was told that they were completely out of thin crust, and did I want to switch it to a extra most bestest. I knew I didn’t want to do that so I asked her if I could get a refund on that pizza. And she said she thinks she could cancel it on her side. I called my wife explained the situation and we agreed to still get the rest of our order and just have them cancel the thin crust. The employee asked me what I decided to do, and I said, “just cancel the thin crust and we will get the rest.” Then she said that she couldn’t do that, and the only option they were offering me for a mess up on their end was to switch it to to a cheaper extra most bestest. This upset me pretty good. I told them to just cancel the whole order! Because I have talked to the GM of this store more than once, they have usually made it right on another day however that doesn’t fix the “what do you want to eat” problems of tonight. So, just like last time we ended up at domino’s and I guess it will be our first call from here on out.

Food was good. They are really bad at this location about not cutting their pizza the whole way. We always end up having to rip the pizza apart.

The lady at the window was not friendly at all taking my order. I was the first car and ask to pull up without getting a receipt. Then I waited 45 minutes for 2 pizzas and 2 ICB and 2 sauces. The boy that brought the order out didn’t bring the sauce and had to go back and get it. He never apologized for the wait or said have a great day. He never said the first word to me. He just turned around and walked away. Horrible customer service from start to finish. Very disappointed with the pizzas. The ham and pineapple only had toppings right in the middle and not many of them. This is what I expect from the Elberton store but not here. This store has gone down hill badly since Michelle and Kristin left being the GM.
