This location is terrible, save yours the frustration and go ANYWHERE else. It’s as if the employees are trained how to ignore customers. The lobby was full of people waiting to be served and the dudes in the back had the music turned up so loud they were completely oblivious to the fact that there might be customers at lunch time. Tried to go through the drive-thru since no one was coming to the lobby, just as oblivious and going out of their way to ignore anybody needing their help. Also had zero hot and ready pizzas ready… Little Caesars Pizza is already bad, the only advantage they have is that they’re “ready”, but not at this location.

I wish I could give a zero this man had me waiting 10 minutes before he came to the counter to take my order which I’m a black lady right. They don’t want black peoples at the restaurant. But when a White man came inside his restaurant he rushed up to the counter serving him fast he even given him his receipt and napkins didn’t want to give me a receipt until I asked then asked for napkins he acted like he was going to give me the napkins then said here are the napkins so I took the napkins he was rude but nice he was the only person working today and that’s sad but customers come first. Again I’m a black female it’s on camera inside the store he knew I was waiting but never came to take my order.

So go to this location if you’d like pizza that has been sitting in the warmer for at least an hour. The crust was like a cracker, the cheese was dried out, and nothing about this was hot and ready. More like warm and ready for the trash. Thank you for stealing my money for this garbage. My family thoroughly enjoyed crunching our way through this pizza for dinner. If we had time, I would have brought this back.

Stopped here on the way out of town while visiting for a funeral. Just got 3 cheesy breads for the family. I’m serious, this was the best cheesy bread we’ve ever had! Tons of seasoning, lots of crunchy bits on the edges, really good! Ate every bite!

Went to get a lunch special here. Upon arrival I waited 10 minutes in the drive threw and finally decided to go inside. Luckily my order was actually done. Get back to my office bite into the pizza and it was raw. Luckily I was at work right across the street so I went back the last agreed to make another order without offering a refund but I was nice because there was only 2 employees. So after the 2nd order got done I walked back to my office only to discover the remake was also raw!!!! Never again.

To my knowledge there are a couple of Little Caesars Pizza stores in the Lavonia area. One in Hartwell and I believe one in Toccoa. I normally go to the one in Hartwell. I have not visited the one in Toccoa. Normally my Little Caesars visits are when I’m in Hartwell for other shopping visits. Being only a drive-in only, it is convenient, takes very little time, and an economical value for the price (when compared to Domino’s, Papa John’s, or Pizza Hut). I have seen several on- line editorials detailing which pizza stores are best. Some are given a higher rating than others often detailing fresher ingredients, better service, etc. Like my descriptions these are subjective and relative to to the person giving the evaluation. I will say this that to date my expectations have been met each time I’ve ordered a pizza from Little Caesars. It would be nice and convenient if one was located in Lavonia, if nothing but to have an economic value to choose from, or maybe a Mom & Pop venue or a Your Pie like Athens. I’m a firm believer that competition makes everyone better.

This location is Hit or Miss… When the planets align and this place is fully staffed you catch things right, you get good pizza relatively fast… But when it’s every other night
The other 364 days a year, the place is trash. There’s USUALLY only one or two people working the entire restaurant… So in addition to slow service and long waits the staff is ill and as dry as the pizza that they serve. And that that’s not bad enough half the time. They can’t even sell you the stuff that’s on their menu because ‘they’re put off that”. And then to top it off they never answer the phone, So if you want to order a head the only option you have is online or via the app.
I was out running some errands Thursday night and just popped by there to order some pizza, I didn’t feel like downloading a brand new app to sit outside the restaurant and order when I can just walk in and do it. I go inside and there’s already two or three people in there waiting. Takes I try to order a five meat pizza and a deep dish cheese… He tells me (we’re out of dough…) .
How? You’re a pizza restaurant… If you are completely out of dough then why are you even open? … Anyway, I change my order making the cheese pizza a regular one and when I asked for a cheesy bread… He again says (yeah I don’t have dough for that)…
I pay and ask for a estimated wait time and he says (oh I don’t know, it’ll be a few minutes). Another person comes in after me to order and the other employee that takes care of them says ( just letting you know we’re behind and it’ll be a good 30 to 40 minute wait).
So after about 30 minutes I finally got my pizzas. Thankfully they were correct…
If they get some proper staffing then I’ll be able to increase their score.
