These clowns are always getting orders wrong and the store is usually nasty. Today was the last straw though, their website screwed up and I ended up paying 15 bucks for bread sticks. The fact they use that scam app door dash means I can’t get my money back for their website’s mistake. At this point companies that use delivery services are outright scammers. Just go out of business already.

Visited this location today around 4:30 looking to grab two hot n ready pizzas for a quick dinner. We were originally told 10 minutes. We’re still sitting here 30 minutes later, waiting for our mediocre pizza.

I can say that the young gentleman that took my order was absolutely amazing. He smiled and was super polite. I was just getting some stuff from the old hotbox and it was fresh and what I expected. The best part was the customer service. This young man will definitely go places with his attitude and service.

This is the closet location to my house so I have given them several chances and every single time it’s a bad experience I think this will be my last time eating here. Need new employees. Always something wrong with the cooking of the pizza as you will see with my attached photo of a falling apart deep dish that had to be eaten with a fork. Horrible location.

I ordered a pretzel crust pizza with Pepperoni and a cheese pizza. They messed up my pretzel crust and gave me regular crust so they had to remake it from scratch while my cheese pizza is getting all cold. They didn’t even offer a drink or crazy bread for the wait especially since my other pizza is getting cold. They had attitudes and were rude no customer service skills.
