My husband ordered from here and he had ordered chicken wings and cheese puffs pictured below. They forgot the chicken wings and a female worker was messing around on her phone and sitting on the counter. The employees were unprofessional and inexperienced

Came in tonight after ordering 2 pizzas and an order of crazy bread on the Little Caesars app. I got the 2 pizzas for $4.99 each with a deal on the app.
I ordered at 4:54 PM and the order said it would be ready between 5:16 and 5:21 PM. The order was not ready until 5:45 PM. (This is fine. I understand they got busy.) However, when I went to get my order, and entered my code in the pizza portal, it said “Invalid”. I told the young lady at the front counter, and she said she didn’t have my order on her screen. I showed her my order number, and she said “I think someone stole your pizzas.”
At this point, it had been well over an hour since I ordered. She told me she’d have to refund me, and charge me over again. I agreed, but…. She charged me full price, which was double what I had already paid online using the app. She told me that she could not honor the app special.
By this time, she had already charged me, and I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to wait an additional hour, and I didn’t want to pay double the price. She responded, “Well, you already paid.” And rolled her eyes.
Then tried to apologize and say she’s mad at herself…..
There were a few pizzas in the portal, as well as the warming racks. There was also several ordered of bread, so not sure why I would have had to wait longer. A large cheese, and a large pepperoni are pretty standard orders.
My kids were starving, as we ordered this pizza to celebrate a basketball game that my son won.
I spend a lot of money at this location for my family, for parties, for sports, and other events.
I have never had this happen, and never had my pizzas stolen….
To put the cherry on top, the gentleman behind me also had an issue with his order as well.
Not sure what happened tonight, but that is bad for business.
I completely understand being busy, that was not the issue. But the policies and way this was handled could have been better.

Please Little Caesar’s corporate, take back ownership of this location or close it down and open another one nearby. Never fully staffed for the volume of orders on a weekend. Can’t get the order right, gave us two hot and ready and not the pizzas we ordered but it had already been over an hour and they weren’t able to get anything else made. Not the first time, just terrible.

About a month ago my family swore off this location. The pizzas we were getting were horrible. HOWEVER, since the change in management the food and service are both excellent! So much better!!!

I went to go get a food remake and they threw my food on the ground. Didn’t think that I would hear them. They were highly disrespectful and I will be talking to the gm to get them all fired.. had to wait for my food 15 minutes.

The drive-through took nearly 30 minutes. My pizza was supposed to be ready at 7:20, but we didn’t exit the drive-thru until after 8:00.

Little Caesars doesn’t pay employees much any more. That’s why look at this pizza and how everything is just Thrown in there some pepperoni is on top of others and is not evenly distributed throughout. Not to mention the whole half burned pizza.

I ordered two 2-liters of mountain Dew and Pepsi and received only 2 twenty ounce bottles. The driver did not read the instructions about delivery and left the pizzas in the wrong location. Nobody is picking up the phone at the location where I ordered the pizza to rectify this situation. My more expensive pizza came with 4 slices of jalepeno on it, barely any other of the pricy toppings I had, what a horrible location.
