The pizza is absolute comfort food and most of the time the app is just great. However, when I happened to order at a busy time, rather than let the app do its job and tell me when my order was available, workers lied and marked orders completed so that there were around 10 of us standing around waiting over 30 minutes AFTER the app had instructed us to pick up our orders. This team should realize that this also doesn’t help show their managers that they need more staffing on these busy nights. And being lied to makes me a much more unhappy customer than simply having my pizza take an hour. I could deal with that.

The cashier was pleasant and apologized for the wait, unfortunately, half of the order was clearly old and had been sitting for awhile. The other pizza was fresh and hot. If there is a wait you would expect ALL the food to be freshly cooked, not only part of the order.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered three pizzas from this place one cheese, one stuffed crust, one pepperoni. Only one came correct. The cheese was perfectly cooked the way it’s supposed to and the other two were burnt as hard as a rock, I know whoever ever made these pizzas seen it before they put that in the box to send it to me I’ve been calling for the past two hours and nobody responded. This is disgusting. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I wish I had time to send it back, but I ordered this just so I can eat with my kids before I rushed off to work so I had no time to take it back so now it’s in the trash and I ordered it through Uber Eats. Food is way too high now these days for this to be accepted or to be OK.

Let’s be honest , Little Caesar’s is commercial quality , cheap ingredients, conveyor belt pizza. That said , the Detroit style is a guilty pleasure .

Order delivery from this location regularly. Love the quality of their pizza. This is not a mom-and -pop pizza restaurant and I also make my own homemade pizza when I can so don’t expect pizza at that level, but if you have kids they will love it. Munch Munch with a cold Bud and it’s Best stuffed crust pretzel pizza you’ve ever had . Hope pretzel stuffed pizza crust never goes away ❤️ 5 stars LC and love how creatively crazy this company is.

Staff was friendly. I ordered the cheese bread & 6 chkn wings 2/28/25. They told me 10min, It was ready in 10min. I got home and the chkn was old. The cheese bread was good. Every time I’ve called, I got a msg that no one is available to take your call. Please get rid of chkn after sitting in heat for so long.
