I have been to this Little Caesars Pizza minimum 4 times since the management changed. They have hired people who care about customer service. The price is EXCELLENT! 2 pizzas and cheesy bread for less than $25. The food is always hot and service is always with a smile. Keep up the good work.

Good health score! ️ Ran in for a last minute order during a late lunch break. They cooked my pizzas to order and brought them to the car in a few minutes. Staff was friendly, courteous and efficient.

The absolute worse experience. I definitely would like to speak with a manager. Young people need supervision at all times. Customer service is priority. Absolute none. We were told after waiting more than 15 mins that the inside is closed yet guys had gone inside apparently friends of the workers their kids were there as they worked. They never yet got my order right. We finally just accepted the pizza brought out to our car because our time is valuable just as the hours of business are. We will never return to this location. Do Better or CLOSE. GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE IS WHAT KEEPS YOUR BUSINESS GOING. Well, maybe being the only low cost supposedly good pizza brings the people in but people spend their money where the food is good and service is better.

Whoever owns this Little Cesar cares only about what he/she can get out of it. It’s a shame that the marquee that you place your order, has been broken for years, the shrubs, grass, and trees definitely needs a lot of attention. The exterior of the building can also use some repairs. If you are going to have your business in our community, please attempt to care about it and maintain it. Thank you

Tried to call but the phone was picked up then hung up. Twice. Since we were out anyway, we decided to just go by. There was no one there except the two employees so we got our food fairly quickly. Since the store was dead, I’m still wondering why no one would actually answer the phone. (I double checked the number with the one on the receipt to make sure. It was correct.)

Food was alright the first time I ordered here but my second attempt was horrible. I called in and some kid picked up the phone and answered “southwest elementary” I said excuse me and the young man hung up. I called back and the same young man answered with a “what”! I never attempted to eat here again. I will not spend money with businesses that don’t deserve to make money. Restaff or shut down the entire business ellenwood deserves more than fake ghetto teenage workers.

I stood in the lobby for a good 6 mins while the workers looked at me having a whole conversation before the manager walked from behind the pizza warmer an said drive thru only ma’am horrible customer service‼️ The employees could have simply said that then it’s just a random person sitting in the lobby

This location has gone down but the young lady at the drive-thru was nice. They really need to clean up around the building and parking it looks old and run down. My pizza was dry.

The Crazy Bread is AWFUL… always either Undercooked/Overcooked. I black ball this location as a result. Crazy Bread is supposed to be Fluffy Soft and Full. Their pizza is OKay atleast but F this location. Avoid it if you can help it.

They mostly do the drive-through the food wasn’t as good as it used to be the cheese wasn’t really melted and it didn’t taste like fresh 100% cheese the bottom of the pizza was burned and the side I ordered a deep dish this is my second time I won’t be back to that Little Caesars on flakes mill and Panola Road in Ellenwood Georgia.
