My family and i ordered from here last night; it seems as though they make the pizza with a bit more protein than asked for. Why I’m eating my pizza and like always i decide to look up at the crust or near it and i see a freaking moth or some type of bug looking right back at me. He was cooked into the pizza. So yall telling me when yall seen the bug , y’all’s reaction was to continue to cook it . I’m appalled.

The place honestly sucks, I order my food from the app and when I went to pick up I looked at my food and realized that It wasn’t made right at all, they said I couldn’t get a refund and I had to get it thru the app even though the app won’t do refund, I would have appreciated it if they would have let me know my order was able to be made the way it was ordered when I picked it instead of me having to find out while driving, I got my refund tho after they had to call the gm bc the cashier doesn’t know their policies

Well this is my 3rd and last time getting pizza from this Little Caesars because I feel as if I’m being lied to and I hate liars. The first night I came to this location I asked for a medium pizza and a young woman lied to me and said they don’t make medium pizzas. I use to work for a pizza place years ago and I know pizza crust sizes come pre made. All she had to tell me was that they are out of medium pizza and I would have understood. Then the last time and today I was told they don’t have the packets of Parmesan, but I could purchase Parmesan for $1.25. This is ridiculous, I have been to several other Little Caesars in GA and FL and all had little packets of Parmesan or crushed red pepper to offer. This the equivalent of a fast food restaurant serving burgers and fries saying we don’t have ketchup or mustard packets, but you can buy a bottle of it for $1.25. Again I hate liars and will not be returning.

Ordered extra most bestest cheese and a pepperoni, they were delicious. We had already started eating when I took the pictures lol I have 3 toddlers so I love the convenience of the drive thru.

Just a overall experience from the moment you walk in the door. The greeting, not having to wait for someone to take my order and reading it back to me to confirm my order. They sad my order would be ready in 7 minutes, gave them 8 minutes and it was ready.

Politely asked to add something on my order that wasn’t on the app (but I paid extra for) and it wasn’t added to my order. Some dude will lie to you on the phone about adding it to your order. Do better.

Gave us a burnt pizza.
We usually get okay pizza but my husband grabbed a pizza on the way home and didn’t check. I think it’s messed up that they would see they’ve burned our order and still box it up knowing by the time he got home the store would be closed. They did replace it next day but STILL! My kids sprinkled parm on it in hopes to save it but eventually only took a couple bites. Check your orders before you leave because some of their employees obviously don’t care about the customers.
