The black lady that works Monday in the morning was so rude at the window and kept complaining about my car to far telling me she not accepting my payment if she have to reach . She also didn’t give me my correct change and said she wasn’t giving me my change when I ask her to take my exact change and just give me the money I gave her because she said my car was to far. Cashier at 2pm on Saturday 2/21/2026 was rude unprofessional and ratchet. The way she held up her hands signaling for me to come in to grab my food was so rude and full of attitude. I know she said go around to front. Average customer service includes this phrase always- “ I apologize for the misunderstanding/inconvenience.” ! If not then go work in the back. Not “oh you must was on yo phone, no that’s not how you speak to paying customers

For the comment below, it was .01 cent. (There’s a note in the window that states there’s a shortage on pennies) Which you did receive. Your food was hot and freshly made. All I said was may you adjust your car because you were far from the window. I’ve never stated I will not be taking your payment. Express how rude and nasty your attitude was towards me. The atmosphere was Little Ceasars. You walk in order and that’s it. The cheesy bread was hot and delicious. It did help that we were there as soon as the open. The employees are pretty chill.

I asked,”What do you have ready?” This child at the drive thru literally told me extra pepperoni or cheese. I said,” one of each please.” Opened hot and ready oven, looked at me out the window and tore the sticker off and handed me an extra pepperoni that was not only cold, but looked old and had been sitting without heat for who knows how long. Definitely was not fresh. I would guess more than 5hours old. Lord help this new generation because they are lazy and disrespectful. Guess I’ll stick to Papa John’s….I work hard for the money I make. No respect for customers.

This location is ok. It’s usually a hit or miss with the pizza here. They tend to take forever to make the food, I order through the app wayyy before so it can be ready when we need it. This time around they cut our pizza horribly and the crazy bread only had 4 breadsticks. I had to get off after waiting a long time in the drive thru and they took a long time to replace the breadsticks as well.

I visited the Little Caesars on Tara Blvd (in the plaza with Rose’s), and the experience was absolutely disgusting. The employees were not washing their hands after taking orders, handling money, or retrieving supplies. One of the workers dropped a pizza box on the floor, picked it up, and put someone’s pizza in it like nothing happened!
I called the store and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager, but he was extremely rude and refused to give his name. I also called the Little Caesars corporate office, and the representative told me it was optional for employees to wash their hands. When I said I would contact the health department, he hung up on me.
This is a serious health concern. If you care about hygiene and food safety, eat here at your own risk. I’ve reported this to the health department and will never eat at any Little Caesars again.
