I had a terrible experience at this Little Caesars location. Our pizza had a piece of paper inside the dough, and the cheese was absolutely disgusting. We went back to complain, and what we saw in the kitchen was shocking — employees were dancing, playing around, and showing no hygiene at all. Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary.
To make it worse, the manager wasn’t there, so they said they couldn’t give us a refund. They told me to call the next day, and when I did, the manager was still not available. What kind of management is that? I had to call the general customer service number just to see if I can get a solution.
I won’t be coming back.

Worst service ever. I called in an order for my lunchtime. I got to the restaurant and waited 10 minutes to be greeted. Once the lady asked me what my order was, she went to go check for it. When she did not see my order, she started to make the order. But however, she did not have gloves on while prepping the order. Once she got back to me and let me know that they were not ready, I asked her was those the ones that she just prepped. She said yes. I advised her that I no longer wanted that order and that she could cancel it. I told her no offense against her, but you don’t prep people’s food without gloves. I will never go back to this location. On the phone she already had an attitude. And I’m a firm believer that the energy a person has when making your food is the energy that you will eat once you consume it.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent food order. Both pizzas were very undercooked and doughy, which made them unsafe to eat. Shortly after eating, I began experiencing stomach pain and frequent bathroom visits. This has caused me a lot of discomfort and concern.
I expect a full apology for this experience, along with appropriate compensation or a refund. Food quality and safety should never be compromised.

I had to come back and change my review from a 3 to a 5. This place is under new management and it shows. Remember how the concept of Little Caesar’s is to run in, grab your pizza, and head out? Yep, the new management is on it. I walked in there and the atmosphere is completely different. Where the staff was always very incoherent and folks had to wait over 15 minutes, they now have a fully functioning team it seems. It looked so different in there that I asked if there was a change in management and wouldn’t you know, I was actually speaking to the new manager. So if you got turned off before like I did by the lack of service and professionalism, give them another chance; it’s like a completely new place.

Pizza looks horrible, no ground beef so they just threw anything on one pizza. When the cashier and I asked about it the guy that made the pizza had an attitude then had the nerve to mumble they didn’t have any beef. It definitely wasn’t the cashier’s fault because they should have told her when they saw the order come through and not take that attitude with her in front of the customers. Needless to say 15 minute wait and this is what I paid almost $30 for. Give me a break! Pizza not even shaped right. Looks like they need to rethink some of their employees.

Attempted to get the Veterans meal today, was in the door standing in line at 1:57. The manager yelled from the back to cut off the orders for vets even though it wasn’t 2pm yet. The cashier told her it wasn’t 2 and she said oh well. Tried to explain that we had been in the line in time and she said too bad, go find another place to give y’all your free food. Honestly not surprised since we are in Clayton county but damn just don’t come to work if that’s your attitude

Its a little ceasers. What makes it good is that i go here often because its close to my job. There are two young men in here that recognize me . get me together and make sure to speak beyond just pushing the food out. This is the worst one I have been in. They have too many kids playing and not working. I tried ask the one at the register how much longer for my breads ticks, she looked at me crazy and walked off.
