Did our best to eat what we could. (Don’t like waste) but this is the first time the whole center of a pizza was completely soggy. Literally soaked bread.
There was only one cheese and one pep ready, I wanted a hot and ready which cost me almost nine bucks for one. If you’re going out for pizza, save your money and head down the street or see if they change it up. Hopefully it was just apathy on the employee end.

Ultimate Supreme, huh? More like Ultimate Fail. Who makes a pizza like this? Oh, that’s right… Pickens County, Georgia does. What a joke! I’ve ordered an Ultimate Supreme from this location twice previously. On each occasion, they forgot to put Italian sausage on top. They would not let you substitute one meat for another on a three mear pizza.
I then had to order the five meat that is supposed to be hot and ready from 4-8 pm. Got there at 6:30 pm.Had to wait 25 minutes. It doesn’t even look like it has five meats.

Went to this store waited 15 mins before even acknowledged. Ordered 2 classic pepperoni pizzas was told it would take 15 mins which was fine. Went back in 18 mins to make sure it was ready . Expecting to get a hot pizza which wasn’t the case , got it home to find it was cold cause it wasn’t cooked all the way. Will not be going back to this location . Cold pizza is one thing raw pizza is a big NO!!!

Me and my significant other ordered their Sticks n’ Slices, and the crazy bread. We waited OVER and hour. Then when our order arrives, there’s no crazy bread, but of course we got the two marinara sauces for it all. Then when I proceed to call the store (multiple time I may add) absolutely no answer. Straight to voice mail. (From 6:34 pm to 7:57) absolutely ridiculous.

We were told they would replace our order they messed up. We called multiple times to get our replacement. Every time we called we were treated terrible and eventually hung up on, even when we asked for a manager. I feel like we we literally robbed. I wish Google offered negative numbers on reviews. This location needs -10 at least. Very sloppy establishment.
The worst experience at Little Caesars I’ve ever have. I ordered online so there would be no way to get the order wrong. I was wrong! I should have looked at my pizzas before I left the store. they use to always open it up and show you your order before you leave but not this time. Get home and found two pizzas of the 4 we ordered were completely wrong. One was missing sauce and meat, the other was not even close. I’m already a bit pissed. Call the number and a girl answers. I tell her what happened with our order and her exact words were “what do you want me to do?” Before I told her exactly what she could do, my wife took the phone from me so she could talk to them. My wife told her, you can get your manager, that’s what you can do. She said her manager was busy. My wife told her, get your manager to help me because that’s her job. Manager gets on the phone and barely speaks English. After 10 mins on the phone with her, she eventually asked us to come back to the store. We live almost 20 mins away. Eventually she said we can come next week to get a correct order. If this is how they do business, they are going to be out of business soon! This will be our last visit to Little Caesar’s in Jasper. What a terrible establishment.
