My husband picked up a Hawaiian pizza today and when we opened the box it was cold and under cooked. We live 2 miles from the Hiram GA location. When he called to get a new one made they would not make a new one. He was told “it was cooked to Little Caesar’s standards”. We didn’t want our money back, just a new pizza made. With customer service this poor we will not be back. We should have looked at the reviews before ordering.

When I arrive, I was the only customer. I could tell that they were short staff. Several customer arrived after and Door Dasher. The food delivery person was rude, loud and complained about not having assistance with the warming holder to pick up an order. The work explain that he was there to help. The Dasher was rude and loud. I advised him that it wasn’t necessary to act like this in front of me. He was very hostile towards the workers.

BEWARE DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION My first and last time visiting this location. Terrible customer service and bad attitudes all around. The hot and ready pizza took over 15 mins to get and the clerk said nothing not hi or bye or even sorry for the wait. Food did not look cooked well and I didnt even eat it.

Main complaint is they can not figure out how the knife works. Either they have full blades or make a sore attempt to cut their food. On multiple occasions I’ve gone here and we’ve had to re slice the pizza or tear it apart.

Phone often just rings and rings on a Saturday at 2 o’clock. Man finally answers heavy Indian accent rushes you off the phone. I’m sure they’re busy. Doesn’t have time to talk although the conversation is in regards to Ordering wouldn’t allow me to get crazy puffs told me I will have to wait two hours until 4 o’clock really just wanted me off the phone. Sounds like they were busy.I guess I’ll call Papa John’s although I prefer little Caesars but I know I’ll get better service

This location is horrible.. every worker in the building had the AirPods in when I walked in and did not even speak. I ordered the pizza puffs and crazy bread. The sauce was so spoiled I had to throw it out when it got home the tomatoes smelled sour like they were fermenting they had sat out for a while. The crazy bread was not cooked all the way and the pizza puffs looked like balls with cheese on top I took those back and asked them to fix it. But the crazy bread I didn’t think could be messed up until I got back home and was so mad I just had to throw them out. This is a poor excuse for a store and this is like the third time I e been up there and my food was not presented well or cooked fully. This needs to be fixed asap!!!! Like every part of this location!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the Stuffed Crazy Bread. Initially, I was not a big fan of the taste because the bread was soggy and I didn’t like the amount of cheese inside the bread. I felt like there was too much cheese for the ratio of bread. Since my first breadstick wasn’t the best I cut the other 2 in half and put it in my air fryer for 5 minutes. It tasted a lot better! There was enough marinara sauce for the Stuffed Crazy Bread. My order was ready on time but it wasn’t placed in the Pizza Portal. I wanted to just get my food and leave but that wasn’t the case.

I’d give him it zero stars if I could. Pizza was not cooked. Tried to cook it. Made one big mess! I do not recommend getting food here. If you do, be sure to check it all before driving off.
