Scrumptious bacon & cheese crusts, delicious pizzas, and very tasty cheese bread. We ordered enough for two days. Great choice. My only complaint? When my hubby asked for napkins, they said they did not have napkins in store. Incredible. But everything tasted great.

They just opened this location yesterday. I was so excited that they are on the way home from my job. I ordered a cheese pizza online for pick up. I would have given them five stars because my pizza was piping hot, fresh out the oven.. pizza made on time for a new restaurant on its second day open and the cashier was super nice! HOWEVER.. my pizza tastes like pure metal!!! Like you can taste the new steel or steel cleaner baked into it!!! I have to throw it away because the taste of chemicals or metal!! I will wait til they burn off some of the chemicals or use the new oven more! I would rate it a zero star for the taste!!! But I gave two because of the cashier and the PRESENTATION of the pizza.

I ordered the cheese bread. What I got was burnt bread and no cheese. You could barely taste the cheese. The bread was too hard and over cooked. It also had a sweet flavor like cinnamon on it. I should have checked it before leaving the store but I waited until I got home. I was too tired to go back. Google is not giving me the option to add the photo to my review. Even after the move, customer service is STILL terrible! 1st time I ordered after the move, the manager was really rude towards myself, my guest, & one of his employees. Instead of my food being kept warm in the pizza portal, it was left on the front counter, getting cold. Manager told me “you’re late, should have been on time”. Never was I late…
Jump to this evening, ordered $40 worth of food & when delivered (driver was so sweet!!) there were missing items that should have been in the bag & I know it wasn’t my drivers fault. Work on the customer service skills at this location because fair warning, the very next time I see/hear a manager yell at his employee, I WILL say something. I’m not one for confrontation but there is a fine line of having human decency to pull someone to the side & speak with them, not yell at them in front of your guests, god, & everyone in Mableton. Do better!!
For those who ordered Online through the pizza portal app at Little Caesar’s tonight, 6/10/23, please be sure to complain about how your order was handled tonight if it were anything like mine.
My family & I had the craving for pizza tonight & we agreed that we wanted to make it a movie night since then. Anyways, we settled with ordering from little Caesar’s on Floyd road. I placed an order through the pizza portal app right around 10:00pm. (Mind you, the store doesn’t close until 11pm & normally discontinues online ordering about at closing time. It will even pop up a screen stating so.) Anyways, tonight I didn’t even get that notice & thought “how lucky!” Yeah, lucky enough to waste gas going there, walking to the door only to find all lights off except the ones in the kitchen, doors locked, & a woman looking up at me going “ ♀️Sorry, refund. We’re closed ♀️” from Inside of the store AT 10:30. My order was ready at 10:28 via the portal app.
I go back to the truck & all the while trying to figure out what to do for dinner since Little Caesar’s ghosted us like they did, 2-3 more customers pulled up that did the online portal & they too couldn’t get their orders either! Even went to the door & got the same treatment. So instead of having cardboard for dinner, we spent even more money tonight (From having to order from TWO DIFFERENT PIZZA RESTAURANTS!) & got delicious Pizza Hut WITH amazing customer service. I guess the type of service you get depends on what place you spend your money at these days.

Food was fresh and good. Service was ok. My issue was there are 3 chairs for waiting and the whole time we were there, 2 ppl were taking 2of the 3. Had these been customers I’d have no issue. But they were not waiting on food. They were waiting on an employee. Not cool for non-customers to tie up the limited chairs.

If zero was an option that’s what this place deserves. The manager with the short hair is the first individual. Over 25 minutes for crazy bread then get angry when I ask about it…? I ordered online. My ticket said my food would be ready at 5:15. I got there and was met with a line out the door. The woman at the front was rude, unprofessional, and literally eating while “helping” customers. The whole place was filthy. Way too many people in the back standing around with no sense of order or process.
I sat there for 35–45 minutes waiting. At one point, I realized my food had just been shoved into some little oven, forgotten while I stood there. My cheese sticks came out burnt. My pepperoni puffs were all different sizes—some huge, some tiny. Nothing was consistent. Nothing was clean. Nothing was professional.
This location is pure chaos. What should’ve been a simple 15–20 minute pickup turned into the most frustrating and disgusting fast-food experience I’ve ever had. I have NEVER seen such blatant unprofessionalism.
I will never return to the Veterans Memorial location in Mableton, GA. Period.
