Yup… had to try it again. I went here some months ago and i did not have a good experience. (I’ll explain the main factor below). So i advertisement s and thought, that’d be great for lunch…. Not so much.
Service is good for any walk-up counter. Nothing over the top of memorable. No smile even I’d even say the cashier acted like he was the victim in the situation lol.
The place was clean. cleaner than most waiting areas at Caesars.. So that’s a plus. But it gets your hopes up..

BIGGEST factor both times?? The food i received was just OLD !! Like so old it should’ve been on social security !
i did not ask for fresh or check the box before leaving… i should’ve known better.
HOWEVER… They know when they put it in there, (like other fast food places) and know when it should be thrown out because it doesn’t represent their standards anymore.
… We know as customers… Little Caesars is ONLY good Hot and Fresh. Otherwise no flavor, chewing on cardboard, right?! .

It’s one thing to get food that’s in that window if freshness… it’s another when the food is so old it comes with a walker!
Tried to give second chance before review, but now I’m thinking it is their practice.

I will say worst customer service I’ve ever received. I always get my pizza in Chattanooga so I never checked the location when I ordered my pizza. I noticed it was ordered in cartersville in GA. I called to cancel and get a refund on my pizza. However, I called to cancel and the woman had no patience, interrupted me when I talked and I was trying to explain. Then told me I have to cancel online if ordered online, which you can’t do. Anyways I was on the phone for only 15 seconds and she hung up on me. It sounded like she was busy and is understandable and if she could not get to me at that time just say would you mind calling back. But no I was on the phone for 15 seconds, was told to do something I can’t do, and hung up on. It was only $12 so you can keep it. First ever review Ive done

I have no complaints… If you’re ordering from Little Caesars, you know not to expect top notched Italian cuisine… It’s a quick meal to hold me over on the days where cooking isn’t an option… I know what I’m getting… And the price point is very reasonable. That’s it. Unlike some of these fast-food, burger joints will serve some disrespectful old slop to you for a MUCH more elevated price point, having you angry enough to fight…lol… I personally have never experienced that with Little Caesars… I know what I’m getting and I respect that.

This location serves pizza RIGHT! I had it delivered, it was fresh and hot! It was neat inside the box. The price, taste and delivery was exactly what we needed for a Sunday football night. This location is now my go to for pizza. I am trading it in for Mellow Mushroom…sorry. But Little Caesars earned that spot tonight, so at least my food was good, while my football lost unfortunately.

I normally order ahead and have a wait even when it’s hours in advance.
Recently I tried to just show up and get a hot and ready cheese or whatever they had cause I was tired of ordering ahead just to wait anyways….. As expected I was told there was a wait with 0 customers in the drive thru and 0 people inside. They handed me a little thing to let us know when it would be ready. A “little” wait is 5 – 10 minutes. It was well over 30 minutes and I ended up just leaving.
I stop here and get food because it’s an easy snack for the ride home for two hangry kids after daycare.
This place SUCKS at everything. Customer service. Speed of service. Everything. The first nice person I dealt with was today and I still didn’t even get my food because I couldn’t keep waiting.
And yes I did check the hours for the items we bought and they were supposed to be hot n ready.
Management or whoever runs this establishment where is your presence? Please get this right we want the PIZZA PIZZA

Ordered a simple pineapple pizza and cheesy bread. Not difficult or do I thought. Pizza way over cooked and cheesy bread hard. Oh and when playing doesn’t anyone play by cash any more? 15 and change have a 20 and they had no change to give. Called to talk to Mgr and was hung up on twice. RUN fast from this place, no wonder why we stopped going there. Holy

Terrible customer service!!! Order was placed at 4:20. Several patrons came and went while I’m waiting in the lobby. The “manager” kept saying “I got yours coming right up” at 4:58 I approach the counter only to be told “ I don’t know what happened, they didn’t make your order ” mind you we’ve been in the lobby the entire time. His only response was “ I can give you a refund” excuse me? We came to this establishment because it’s marketed as hot and ready and we’ve already waited 40 minutes!! He then tells me I have to wait back in line and refund/remake my order! Absolutely ridiculous. Find a manager who actually knows how to do his job! It’s now been almost an hour and we are still waiting. Don’t waste your time here.

This location is awful. They have maybe one or 2 employees that are actually decent human beings, the rest are rude and hateful. The wait times are INSANE. And they LOVE to lock the door an hour before they close to make everyone go through the drive through, wether they need to place an order, or the order is ready. My order is ready in that stupid box, and has been for over 20 minutes as I type this out, but am having to wait in line at the drive through. Smh I don’t think there is a such thing as decent customer service anymore

They either don’t answer the phones or hang up as soon as they do answer. Don’t be in a rush thinking anything is hot and ready. It’s not. Most times you have to order at least an hr in advance just to be able to pick it up upon arrival. Worst Caesars I’ve ever experienced.

I would rate this store a 0 if I could, I went here specifically because little Caesars is supposed to be “hot and ready”. It took these people 45 minutes to make a simple pepperoni pizza. This place definitely sucks and I would not recommend this location to anyone. Spend a little more money and go to Pizza Hut or somewhere this location is not worth the headache!
