Was coming back from the airport and ordered a pizza about 20 minutes before I even got to the restaurant arrived at the restaurant. The drive-thru window was disgusting. All smeary and nasty and greasy absolutely disgusting. The woman came to the window. I gave her the name for the order and she tells me it hasn’t even been made yet and she tells me it’s going to be another 20 minutes. And I said what are you talking about? I ordered 20 minutes ago. She said that’s AI It’s not real, now I work with technology so I clearly know she has no idea what she’s talking about but just being lazy is all get out. So I waited in the parking lot and literally took her 20 minutes to make a pizza that should normally be done in 13 minutes. She claims there was a lot of orders ahead but surprisingly after sitting there for 20 minutes nobody and I mean nobody came and picked up a pizza. She had a real bad attitude. Maybe because she knows she works there. I don’t know but it really sucks. If you want a better Little Caesar’s experience head to Cedartown because Bremen is not it. We ordered a bacon pizza with extra cheese and lo and behold. It just had bacon and average cheese. Absolutely ridiculous. The pizza sauce had almost no flavor and as we all know Little Caesars sauce is very distinctive this stuff was so bland. It’s like they didn’t even put seasoning in it. Terrible. To the franchise owner, you need to overhaul and fire all your staff and try again.

The bremen store has some great employees! Christmas Eve and everything was closed except a few things. This was the last place we was going to try b4 giving up. They closed in 8MINS by the time we got there. The guy that answered the window was absolutely AMAZING! It was definitely a blessing in disguise kinda thing. He served us even though it was gonna take longer than the time we had b4 closing. Hopefully he knows he is GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!

I’ve called the manager about their drive through window clerk Joana. We will never come back after our last encounter. I had my friend on the phone so she heard him as well telling me to get out of their window. Not once but twice. Twice he said GET OUT OF MY DRIVE THROUGH. I called and left a voicemail to their manager. No call back. Whoever owns this franchise needs to get their staff in check. As a small business owner myself I’d never speak to my clients this way. Not only was it disrespectful but it was disgusting.
I ordered on the app at 12:20pm. The app and emailed verifying my order told me to be in the drive through between 12:44-12:49 (see picture for proof.) I was there at 12:44. At the time there was not another driver behind me. But when I parked to get my order they allowed that car to wait in the drive through for their order with a much larger line behind them.

I scheduled for a drive through pick up at 6:15, I made the order around 4:15 I get to the pick up window and they tell me my pizza is just now being prepped and in the oven. So I had to pull in the parking lot and come inside and got my pizza around 6:40. Literal trash service, they had PLENTY of time to make my order. 10/10 DON’T recommend.

They told me it would be an hour wait for a single pepperoni pizza. The time before that it was thirty minutes. There isn’t such a thing as Hot N Ready there.
Also one of their advertising posters in the window is upside down so they struggle with even that.

Absolutely ridiculous. How is your slogan hot and ready if you only have 1 pizza ready and you tell me its gonna be 45 mins to make 2 pizzas. Wish I could leave a negative star review!!!

I ordered an old world fanse, ronnie pizza and got a pepperoni pizza really. I told the people who worked there that this is not what is pictured on the menu And they told me that’s what it is for them. According to the girl at the window, the only difference is the kind of pepperoni. Otherwise, it’s just a pepperoni Pizza. That is not what it looks like on the menu is what I told her.And she said oh well.

Horrible sloppy service with the attitudes to match it. Paid for an order but the order was incomplete, asked for a refund for the missing item and was denied. Female staff member working the window at 8pm on December 12th who called herself the manager and the shift lead was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Apparently she is a common complaint at this location, I will be following up with higher ups as well as the health department as staff was not wearing propper attire to be handling food and the kitchen was a mess.

Lack of good service at this store. Employees look like they don’t want to be at work. Drive through always takes forever and don’t even acknowledge anyone at the window. The girl at the front cash register is wiping her nose and scratching her head and handing the money and giving pizza to customers. It’s disgusting. Will never be back.

Taylor is very unprofessional.
Ordered online. Received pizza. Topping at least 1 inch from crust. It was a veggie pizza it was supposed to have Mushrooms, onions, bell peppers and olives. It had lots of olives in the middle NO Mushrooms very few onions two of the slices were pretty much cheese slices instead of veggie. I ordered extra marinara sauce on the side… they did not give it to me. Called the store asked for a manager they put Mary on the phone. We live in temple and had hungry grandchildren they began to eat Mary said she would replace it. I told her we could not come until 6:30 PM. She said that was fine. I message her when my husband was on the way and then she informed me that Taylor the manager said they could not do that with out receiving the pizza back. This is well after I was told they would replace it and my husband was in route to get it.
