I arrived at this pizza shop 4 minutes before closing on a Wednesday night. I was told by the staff unfortunately they can’t serve because they’re closed. I said, but it’s 9:56pm and you close at 10. The young man told me, but it takes 10 minutes to make the pizza. Ok, I don’t care how long it takes you to make my pizza. If the signs says closed at 10pm and I arrive at 9:59pm you still have to serve your customers until the clock says 10pm. Instead of arguing I decided to take my business to Marcos pizza and so glad that I did! Never again will I waste my time with this location. Management needs to coach their staff!

What is going on in this place!? Its gotten worse and worse over the months! These teens dont care about food safety. They dont ever answer the phone even when theyre not busy. Theyre on their phones every time i walk in. The pizza is always burnt and old. And theyre always rude!

Me and my husband eat here all the time. Well today we went and I picked up my food and as I was walking out I had accidently dropped my crazy puffs right at the door in front of the lady. The lady just stood there didn’t ask if I needed help or anything. Then I asked how long it would take to remake my crazy puffs and she said that they had some more already made but I would have to pay to get them. Apparently, this is there policy. My husband went in to see if they can do anything and the lady straight up said, that their policy is as soon as the customer pays and takes the food, it is no longer their problem. What kinda customer service is this! Little Caesars just lost my business. I do not recommend going to any Little Caesars!

tried to order online and it said they weren’t taking online orders. when i called someone picked up then hung up. upon trying to call back it said the line was disconnected. went in person and the girl at the counter claims “the phone hasn’t rang today”. honestly no biggie except for when i asked her to repeat herself like 3 times cause she was talking quietly she said “did you just wake up or something?”. yeahhhhh not something you say to someone especially a stranger/customer. abysmal customer service.

At one point, was a really good store.
Nowadays, bro… If you order early in the morning when they’re usually not busy and come to pick your food up sooner, they harass you about it meanwhile not having your food ready.
This place is usually a lot better than this.
They need to step it up and get back to how they used to be.
The store is on a quick decline, which is unfortunate for a Little Caesars that used to be known for taking care of the community, giving to the poor, and even giving old/leftover pizzas out to people at end of night.
I miss this store being a 5-Star all the time.
You gotta remember, Little Caesars is a ONLY PLACE variety chain.
No other places offer quick pickup pizzas so it’s up to them to uphold their reputation.
