I had a very disappointing experience at Little Caesars. The employee (young lady with blue locs) at the drive-thru told me the total and immediately walked away from the window to scold an employee without giving me a chance to pay. When she came back, she had an attitude about me not handing over my payment—even though I was never given the opportunity.
I still remained polite and said thank you, but she just looked at me and rolled her eyes and said nothing. Customer service like that is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will not be spending my money at this location again.

Just got done standing in the lobby for one hour for 2 cheesy puffs. Tipped and all and ordered online came almost 15 minutes later just to stand waiting for an hour. Asked for a complimentary drink and the guy sent the girl to tell me no. So I can wait over one hour for a small online order but can’t get a comp 2$ drink. Watched the entire lobby clear and people who ordered at the counter got their food before me. Tipped for no reason and will be going to “corporate” for resolve

My husband ordered a deep dish online and went to pick it up, I wasn’t there but he said customer service was ok however the pizza is WELL UNDER COOKED. I thought I was eating on cheese but it’s raw pizza dough. Usually the toppings are cooked into the pizza but they were just sitting on top of the pizza like it was thrown together last minute.

I wish I could give this business a NEGATIVE star! Me and another customer stood in line for well over 15 minutes with no one acknowledging our presents . Then the woman behind me asked the woman with blue dreads in her hair that was giving out boxes… can we place an order? She rudely said I’m only giving out orders and rolled her eyes. We both simply walked out stating I can spend my money elsewhere.

Hello i came to this restaurant to bring dinner to my family! I came to the drive thru and NOONE came to the window ! So I decided to go inside to order, when I came in i noticed people sitting behind the register eating pizza and talking, which is discussed while serving food. I said hello can someone take my order and the young lady came up to place my order, the man who was eating went took food out the oven !I immediately told the man to wash his hands ! I asked the cashier who was the manager she said he was , he came up and I asked him why was he making food , while just got through eating pizza without washing his hands! He said he didn’t know, so another man took over the line with a bag across him , a gun in his front pocket ! The girl saw how I was looking and made my food! Please be aware at this location, it’s guns, no hands washing , and most definitely no customer service! Protect your family and don’t come here please thanks !!!

I am still waiting for my refund for my bad pizza. These jokers gave me an old pizza. When I tried to get a refund or another pizza the following day, I was told I couldn’t get anything. The two guys looked so homely and greasy that honestly they looked like they broke into the store to raid the store out of food and money. How do you give someone a pizza and in 5 minutes, the bottom looks greasy, oily, etc. Called corporate who promised me a refund. Months later still haven’t been received. Shame on you. You’ve been warned. Never again! I’d starve first!
Update: the regional manager more than made this situation right. I love her and I love Little Caesar’s. I’m now a satisfied customer. Thank you for making it right and turning my experience into a win.

They use to have the best $5 pizza a few years ago now the prices are much higher and the wait time here has gotten to be extremely long
