I had a taste for Little Caesars Pizza. My friend and I went after work one evening. It was close to closing time. The staff only consisted of two people. Honestly, the young lady could have been more upbeat. However, in her defense, it was the end of the day, so even I understood that. I ordered a 3 meat pizza with extra cheese. My friend ordered a regular pepperoni pizza. The order was done in 20 mins. The pies were delicious, and the price was perfect as always. This location is well kept in spite of the traffic. That is to be commended.

This location has really gone down hill in the last year. We just stopped by for the very last time because the last three visits have been poorly run, overcooked and missing items. Today they were dead inside but still managed to be out of crazy bread, our hot and ready was cold and burned and our pepperoni cups were also burned. I don’t think management cares either as all they seem to hire are kids who don’t seem to have even been properly trained before being left with running the place.

Ordered a order from doordash from this location and my order came unsealed and the pizza came messed up. Then I call the store and the lady otp has an attitude saying I’m calling her out her name when I didn’t. Then I ask for her name and she hangs up smh. Then they also shorted my wings it’s supposed to be 8 and they gave me 7. Worst location just a bunch of unprofessionalism going on over there

Now I will say I walked in and walked out which was perfect. What I failed to do was check to make sure my pizza for accuracy before I left. I guess my fault for trusting the worker when i was one of two customers in the store. I ordered pepperoni. I got sausage. I get home about two miles down the road, pizza is cold, chewy, not what I ordered, box isn’t labeled with the type and there is NO TIME STAMP indicating when this was made. If I hadn’t already drove home, I’d walk back in and complain. But seriously this is a big fail. Will not be coming back to this store again.

I was excited to see the pretzel pizza back. My family loved it. Everytime it has come back we ordered quiet a few. But yesterday the one I ordered was definitely a disappointment. It had the cheese sauce like I wanted. But the dough was NOT pretzel dough. It was regular pizza dough. I called to try to send it back and never got anyone on the phone. My grandson was hungry. He had just got out of the hospital and was there for 3 days. He ate it but I tasted it and it was horrible. I took a pic and saved some to take back today. Hopefully someone can make it the correct way.

An update from yesterday!!!!! The store on south cobb where I got the pizza told me they used the same crust as regular pizza. I told them my son got one from another location and it was a pretzel crust just like their website shows. That is horrible for a business to advertise a pretzel crust but knowing they do not make it that way. WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. NEITHER WILL ANYONE I KNOW!!!!! Don’t waste your money at this location

Rid of all of them, and start with a fresh new crew my order was not ready i ordered at 5pm and don’t get it until 6:30 and when i got home the pizza was burnt and thay didn’t put what goes on the pizza on it so I had to go back up their too get my pizza done rite and they pretended that I was not their walk around and playing thay are not serious about the work just be careful I am not going back until that crew is gone.

I like this location versus the other Little Ceasars near by. The service is ok, the food is good and the wait times aren’t as long as some other locations. We ordered a cheese pizza the last visit and were disappointed, it was all crust lol. I could have ordered breadstick if I wanted this much bread i wanted to bring it back but it was out of my way to do so. I’ll keep coming back to this location in the future but hopefully they’ll get the pizza together by then.

I was in shock of how rude the manager was! I ordered a pizza through the portal, and I had got the code then I received a email my order was ready and to see the cashier.. the cashier didn’t find my pizza and the manager kept saying he had made it, and I must have came inside and taken it since I had the code? My phone ended up dying ( horrible timing of course) but I showed whwre it said it wasn’t able to be loaded in the portal. After all this when he was cutting the pizza he was slamming it and giving me rude looks I tried not to laugh because it was crazy, how are you a manager and can’t handle one little mix up without loosing your temper and for one pizza?
