Horrible service. If you’re going to eat at this place make sure you’re ready for that 2 hour wait on 1 pizza! I came in today and was the last one to get my food when it was already done but they “forgot” to give it to me and were completely rude about the fact that I paid and wanted my pizza! I was sitting there for an 1 and 24 minutes while people walked in and got their food right away. They were looking straight at me siting there too. Keep in mind my pizza was already done, and was cold and the cheese was literally not cooked. And before someone says you should have ordered or called, I did! I sat on the phone for 37 minutes until the phone hung up. Big waste of money already had many experiences with this place and never was satisfied. 8 dollar pizza + 2 hour wait + undercooked pizza. enjoy!

Rude staff doesn’t know how to count change and made the comment “you don’t know math” very rude had to call manager over to get correct change back. Pizzas are usually not all the way cooked or are very sloppy and all crust. Friendly manager but the workers are always either on their phone or talking to friends instead of working. Had to update cause this is how they put out their crazy puffs embarrassing
Update new crew a little more friendly but sometimes the pizzas come out messed up when I walked in someone returned a messed up pizza about half the size it was supposed to be then I get home and my pizza is cut so random like they did it blindfolded.

Got a deep dish pizza delivered and it was raw dough. They made us drive to and return itto them. They then replaced thepizza with another. And when we got back home we checked it and it too was raw dough.

We’ve tried to give this location a chance far too many times over the last couple years. It’s the location closest to us but we find ourselves driving to other ones that are further away just so we can get a decent pizza. Also, if you try to call nobody ever answers. They gave us a pizza today that looked like it had been in the trash, 3 days old and hard as a rock. Why do this to their customers? What’s the point? ☹️

Little Caesars on Lilburn. GIVE YOUR BOSS (DEE) A RAISE!!! He was the only worker and the manager that did everything and EVERYTHING, including redoing my order when a female worker did it wrong and told me she did it right. I came in (my partner grabbed it first but I came back with the messed up order) and there was a line (my partner said there was a line there also when he went and the manager got cussed at and still head his head high when he was the ONLY ONE going and doing everything at 110% to try and serve everyone in a manner) but he was sweet and listened to me and immediately whipped up a new one! I gave him a huge tip as he could’ve just not listened but he handled it professionally and well and I left with my food and a SMILE!!! Now that’s a manager! Thank you, Dee!

Worst customer service I have experienced anywhere in a long time. Order placed at 2:59pm. Still not ready at 4:36pm and when I asked the worker about the order he ignored me and then the second time I asked him he just walked away cursing about being short staffed. I left and did not receive my order.

This has to be the worse experience I’ve had with picking an order. Not only did the man in the front not want to give us the order but when he finally “found” the order I placed over the phone with them they didn’t even have the full order. Told us we had to wait another 40min apart from the 40 minutes spent going back and forth with him trying to get our order. Worst customer service ever
