The flat bread pizza was cut and cooked in a different ways than usual. They have gotten the pizza order wrong multiple times. The slices and sticks was basically a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. The cheese side wasn’t even cut in sticks.
I guess because there are different people working there, it’s not the same. Sad, because my kids liked getting their pizza every Friday. Hopefully they change back in the near future.
I understood she was working alone, so I stepped aside and waited quietly. I could already see the customer’s name on the order—it was clearly ready to go—I just needed the pickup code from the Uber app to confirm it. Instead of just handing the order over, she continued to help customers who came in after me.
When she finally came over, she said something like, “So you flagged me just for that?” which came across as rude and unnecessary. Then, when I tried to look up the order on my phone, she told me to verify it before receiving it, even though on the Uber Eats app you have to receive the order first before verification is possible. I tried to explain, but she just repeated, “read the instructions” several times instead of simply helping me.
I understand being short-staffed is stressful, but there’s still a better way to treat delivery drivers. The tone, attitude, and lack of professionalism made the entire experience unnecessarily.
Today, only got 3 of 8 bread sticks (regular size, 5 missing) pizza picture below is the remake, no extra cheese (that is a bare spot on the left and the crust) called the store, no answer. Came back and the counter guy said “you want me to remake the bread sticks?” And realized he read the order wrong. He said we had to ask for a refund through the app. Bread sticks are not cooked all the way. B-bye caesers.
Who ever the big lady is that is now working there never has a good attitude when entering to receive my pizza’s. She has given me attitudes to hurry up and tell her what my order was, on at least 3 occasions. I’ve witnessed first had that same attitude be directed to a hispanic father and his 5 year old son because of the language barrier.
Will be contacting corporate to file a complaint next time I see this employee being unprofessional with customers of our community.
Update: our recent order of extramost bestest pizza, the dough was so thin the pizza had holes and from the bottom looks like some pieces are just cheese and sauce.
Today we went to get two orders of crazy combos which we ordered online, we got a notification via the app and emails saying the orders were ready. They were but they were not in the pizza portal. We saw them behind the counter in the warming area and pointed them out, but this employee insisted they were in the pizza portal. Our names were not on the pizza portal, and the employee said “well you don’t get pizza if you don’t have a code.” Codes are only issued once they’ve been entered into the pizza portal, which they had not been. This went back and forth for 10 minutes until she finally realized it was behind her as my wife had pointed out 10 minutes prior… this was only after the employee had walked away into the back and made a few pizzas.
We finally got them, but upon opening them at home this is what they look like. One order had kind-of five and the other one had seven and a half. Each order was supposed to have eight. They were also severely undercooked.
As you can read from all of the reviews for this location over the past few months it seems to be a chronic problem at this point.
