UPDATE UPDATE: New management and she was fantastic! The pizzas were ready in a reasonable amount of time and the customers were flowing. The cup was filled.

just received the WORST customer service from an employee by the name of Prince. I asked for a pepperoni, ICB and crazy combo. Prince misheard me and gave me a total of ten dollars and some change to which I asked for the order to be repeated. Afterwards I advised the order was incorrect and Prince shakes his head mumbles some words and then says “I asked you” to which I replied “and you misheard me, how can we fix it”. Prince then out of frustration says “man imma go get the manager as he storms off he whispers to an employee (obscenities) that I will refrain from writing.

The manager James approaches offers no apologies or even acknowledgement of the situation asks me to repeat my order and tells me 10/15 minutes.

I came in the restaurant at 630 (reciept states 637) this should be time when pizzas are hot in ready. I watched 4 people come in after me get remotely the same thing but not be forced to wait.

I held my composure in order to feed my children, however, once we made it home (5 mins away) the food was made poorly and I do feel it was intentional. The pizza was not all the way cut nor the cheese bread and they both didn’t have nearly as much cheese as I normally see on an extra most bestest pep. The sauce cups that are being given have a corner of sauce in them (very disappointing). Perhaps you should downsize the cups because after watching a few patrons request a full sauce cup (with the same corner) I knew it would make no difference to put in my own request.

I normally Uber this order and have no problems other than the wait. After going in person I will avoid your establishment all together and share my experience with my peers to discourage them from spending money with a company who thinks so little of its patrons.

I would have posted the pizza and breadsticks but after waiting 30 minutes on the food. The kids devoured it.

DISGUSTINGLY RUDE MANAGER!!!! I told her my meal order that I received was incorrect and I was met with pushback that it was not. Instead of just remaking my order the management wanted to go back and forth with me on whether I was correct or not! Who cares, if I was not satisfied. She then continued to talk about me crazy loudly in the back. Saying she’s not the 1 or 2.. I don’t care if she was the 3, 4, 5 give me what I want. As well as throwing out threats and whispering about me and rolling her eyes at me. This is a middle aged woman that can’t control her emotions. I did not get out of character with her at all. Instead of gaslighting me and going back and forth just to feel/be correct. I’m not sure if this is how you think it’s okay to run your establishment but that’s unacceptable over a minuscule issue. There needs to be better job training but that’s who you have training your employees in the first place. I’ve never experienced this before and this is my local store.

Today little Caesars lost a customer forever. They would not break my $100 bill, and my order was 20+ dollars. What is this world coming to. They can’t trust their own people. That’s the issue. Don’t think it’s not.

I love Lil Caesars….it just gets confusing when it’s a lot of people at once. They forgot that I ordered and served 6 ppl AHEAD of me with their pizzas and I had to go up to the register and remind him that I ordered first but waiting LAST FOR ONE PIZZA….he quickly apologized and handed me a pizza….IT WAS DELICIOUS but he could have offered a drink or something

Pizza crust super thin. Higher prices ($7). Few sprinkles of cheese. I should not be able to see the sauce through the cheese. Product is decreasing in quality sadly because I love little caesars.

The pizzas are NEVER hot and ready. I believe the pepperoni, sausage and cheese should stay Hot and Ready like their sign says. The manager is just sitting down and on the on phone. The cashier is Cierra and she did not create urgency for my pizzas, the young man was in the back and not working fast at all. I would not recommend at all

When we first moved here a few years ago this place was great! Now over the last 2 weeks our visits here haven’t been so great. The first of our bad experience (s) was the hot and ready not ready, which wasn’t upsetting it’s the fact that we had to wait 45 minutes for the pizza to be ready. When we got home and looked at the pizza, the pepperoni smelled funny and the pizza looked like a kindergartner had cut it. The box consisted of big and tiny slices of pizza! Our second AND last experience here is the pizza being cold, but at least it’s cooked thoroughly this time. On top of the cold pizza they claimed to have never received our online order but never asked us what our order was, they just went to the back and started making it. How does that make any sense? Why prepare an order you “claimed” you didn’t receive?

Ordered one pepperoni pizza and one cheese pizza. The pepperoni pizza was good, unfortunately the cheese pizza we received wasn’t thoroughly cooked and had raw crust. Yeah, I’m never coming back to this place again and I wish they’d shut down and revamp. Better staff, better management..Better everything!

Justin Batise is awesome! after I ordered a EMB pizza the night before, the night shift messed it up and gave a regular cheese pizza. So the very next day, I go in with the receipt, and Justin made it right. And man let me tell ya, it looked nothing like the crap that night shift gave me. I’m a big cheese pie type of guy, he made it right with no questions asked. And the best part when I pulled the pizza apart, looked just like the commercials. Soo kudos to you Justin , and thank you for your excellent customer service as well. I’ll only go There when day shift is working from now on.
