Was starving when leaving a Christmas gathering and wanted something good but cheap. Usually Little Caesars is one of those places that is good enough for the price but nothing to celebrate over. I normally just order a regular pepperoni pizza and call it a day but I took the plunge and ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce. After I ordered through the mobile app I headed over to the establishment thinking I was going to wait in my car for a while until my order was ready. Before I even got there I got the notification that my pizza was already in the portal ready for pick up. This is where I was weary that my order wasn’t right. Usually things don’t work out if I’m not having to wait, at least for me. I picked up my order and to my surprise everything looked perfect. I went home and ate some of the best Little Caesars pizza I had, had in a long while. Everything was hot and delicious and well worth the price I paid. Staff really hit the mark with this one.

I stopped by Little Caesars in Covington recently, and my visit was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted immediately by Gabby (I asked her name), who was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Her positive attitude set a nice tone and made me feel appreciated as a customer.
Unfortunately, the rest of the interaction didn’t match her energy. Another employee spoke to me, but her greeting felt delayed and uninterested almost as if I was interrupting her day. I’m not very familiar with the menu, so it took me a few seconds to decide what I wanted, and her expression made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Her demeanor came across as impatient and unpleasant.
I also noticed the male pizza maker in the kitchen (wearing glasses) seemed stressed and frustrated. Overall, it gave the impression that several of the employees could use a break or some encouragement to reset their attitudes.
Gabby, however, was a bright spot in my experience. She represented great customer service, and I hope the rest of the team can follow her example.

I usually enjoy Little Caesars, but this time was disappointing. When I opened the box, most of the cheese and toppings were completely stuck to the top of the lid. It looked like the pizza was boxed too quickly while still extremely hot, which ruined the whole presentation and made it hard to eat.

Came for a Doordash 1/24/2026 at about 10pm, service was awful, the 2 children they had working were just that children. No management in sight. Waited over 25 mins for an order they were not attentive to. The one with the dreads needs to be removed immediately. Very unprofessional and losing money for the business. Very unhygienic with food products. Will call the health department.

Asked for fresh cheese bread and it looks as if they put old cheese bread back in oven to reheat them.. then I called to mention it to the young lady working and she stated they were 100% fresh because she put them in there.

I would have loved to give them more stars but unfortunately me and my family were denied service by their kid workers due to the oven being full and wait period. Seeing kids 14-16 working is cool and all but it’s wise to have adult supervisor on site too. Being denied service because you’re too busy is crazy work (in their voices) regardless of the 3.7 review which is not bad in the food industry I doubt I would visit this place again due to bad customer service.
