I just left there little Caesars on Highway 25 N. Augusta and ordered a pepperoni and sausage thin crust pizza. I almost checked it to make sure it was right because how could you mess that up? Man when the store get busy they bust there tails getting your pizza out to you in 15 minutes.The wait is worth it every time and the team they have in there pm hours are outstanding .They don’t move slow those guys work to keep up with demand and I enjoy going that location anytime

Idk who attempted to cook and cut this but come on. It’s just barley done, had to pop it into the over for a few and finish cutting it. Honestly go for a quick decent bite. But thinking I’ll just stick to store bought if I’ve got to cook and cut it anyways.

When the place opened it was stellar food and service. Had a girl named Chelsea who was very professional. She doesn’t work there anymore and now the service sucks. People who work there barely look at you when you come in. I always try to call ahead to order a couple of specialty pizzas and the phone rings off the wall. The people there don’t care about the product. The pizzas aren’t cut evenly if they’re cut at all. I always have to recut the pizza when I get home. When I voice complaints at the store, no one cares: like talking to a rebellious teen. I’ve started paying more to go elsewhere. Not worth my frustration anymore.
Updating my post: worse service since my last post. Started driving 10 minutes farther for MUCH better pizza in Aiken. Toppings literally look slopped on in North Augusta. A handful of toppings thrown in the middle of the pie. THEN, you have to wait in the drive-thru, behind people who are ordering, while your order gets cold. The lobby is LOCKED! I HATE THIS LOCATION! My family is relieved I now go to Aiken so I’ll stop griping about the consistently lousy service I get from this place. By the way, they hate the product too.

I’m sitting in the drive-thru here right now! I come here often because for the price, it can’t be beaten. Well, I mean, my pie is pretty fire, use the 00 flour and all, real ingredients… But for fast dinner, I say et tu Brutus? I mean, hail Caesar! Errr good pizza.

We tried going through the drive-thru at 9:35 and waited behind another car until 9:50 to have someone come to the window look at us but act as if we are not there and shut the lights off without saying one word. Courtesy to your customer would be saying you are no longer serving . This location is under terrible management and is also very unsanitary – you can read the reviews and find that out. Also has very poor hiring and or training skills

I went in here on October 1st 2021 at 12:25 pm. I asked the employee what they had available to eat. He said he only had a pepperoni and sausage pizza. I looked at the ovens and thought to myself then what the hell is all of that in the there. I then realized I was talking to the manager. I expect better customer service next time I walk into this little Caesar’s.

This location exceeds expectations. They had ran out of hot n’ ready stuff when I had stopped in, but the person at the counter did an awesome job of not only ordering me a pizza but making sure it got done quickly! Stay excellent!
