Worst place ever. This store needs to be closed ASAP. Not only I received the wrong order but it is impossible to contact customer service and when they answer it is hard to comunicate with them. I ordered a Bacon Ham Stuff Crust, even the box says the order but the pizza inside was different.

I went to this location on 2/05/2022 and placed my order at 4:57 PM. I was told my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes but then the employees said they had a “big big order” and everyone would have to wait but they still continued taking orders they knew they could not fulfil and refused to give refunds with the excuse that there was no manager there.
The employees were taking food and sauce containers out of cabinets and storing them on the floor. They also left trash on the floor. One employee wiped his nose with his hand and continued handling takeout boxes and presumably food as well without changing his gloves or washing his hands.
The customers were obviously getting agitated at having to wait but remained civil. The employees stopped talking to us completely by about 5:30 PM but kept giving out orders to new customers who walked in. Eventually a middle aged woman came in and started handing out orders from a food warmer to the waiting customers. Everyone had to ask for her attention to get anything.
After I got home around 6:30 PM I realized that the pizza she gave me was really old and room temperature. The paper on my pizza box said “Estimated for Feb 05, 2022 15:28:00 PM”. So not only did I have to wait an hour and a half for a pizza without the option of being refunded, but they gave me a pizza that was an hour and a half old before I’d placed my order and 3 hours old by the time I got it home.
I will NEVER give this location another dollar and seriously doubt I will go to any other Little Caesars location since this is the way they let their restaurants be run.

Went to this location on 09/12/17 around 3-4pm (it was storm day) I understand employees want to leave early because of the hurricane but at least they need to give customers fully cooked product. ordered 2 pizzas and 1 order of bread sticks. none of them was hot and ready and even half of one pizza’s edge and whole breadsticks were totally undercooked (almost close to fresh dough). we had to wait about 10 to 15 mins to get lukewarm dough. had to cook in the house oven for about 15-20 mins . only because this location’s pizzas are not all the time like this, so I gave them 2 stars. if you don’t want to buy lukewarm-and-wait pizza and come back home to cook further yourself check your received products before you leave the store. (the last pic is what COOKED dough supposed to look like)

I just ordered 2 pizzas one was a pretzel crust and the other was a fancy pepperoni. The fancy pepperoni came but not the pretzel one. I tried to call the store more than once and no one picks up. I am unable to go up to the store so now I feel like I’m out of my money and a pizza I ordered. I would not give this little Caesar’s any business and they honestly need to shut down. They have the worst customer service in Aiken and the orders are always wrong unless you are able to go up there and pick up. This should not happen to anyone. I hope someone important reads this and do something about it

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! BAD MANAGEMENT!!! I came around 9:30 looking to order to 3 meat regular crust pizza and was told they didn’t have any dough and it would take 24 hours therefore I could only get thin crust was in a rush so settled for that. They charged me for a custom pizza even though they told me that if I wanted anything thin crust was basically the only option but still charged more. Also I repeated 2 three meats multiple time. To end up waiting 15 min for one and was given a attitude when I told them I said to and asked about the price. Bad management at this point because how do you not have any dough and try to say you can’t go against price but forcing people to get thin crust like WOW. Oh yeah and he didn’t bother to cut the second pizza I guess to be petty.

They guy running the front end that evening did an excellent job managing the drive through and walk in traffic. I was impressed. His customer service was on point. It was a very busy night there and he maintaind a great attitude towards everyone that I saw him interact with.

First and last time I’ll eat there I’m normally a Domino’s person but I decided to try a little Caesars last night. I placed the order at 7:56 and it got to my house at 10:08 pizza was cold. The driver said that she could tell the pizza was cold when it was handed to her they had it sitting in the back the entire time not willing to pass it over they were not willing to remake the food The entire thing was just a mess. The food was extremely cold like you just pulled it out the freezer employees need to do better. I will never Recommend Anyone to This establishment
