Ordered a pizza online. Was ready sooner than initial time. Used the app and picked it up from the self-service box thing, so there was no interaction with the staff. By no interaction, I mean none. There was a person at the register when I walked in. I was not greeted or acknowledged in any way. Got my pizza and walked out without a word, nod, anything. The pizza itself was okay. It wasn’t great, just okay. It was a little less greasy than I expected, so that was a plus. Think next time I’ll pay a few more dollars and get a little better pizza.

We ordered our pizza and got home with the wrong one. Was able to call and the guy made sure we got the correct pizza free of charge a couple days later.

Rude! The people who work here have no manners. They are rude and apparently could care less if youare served or not. All they care about is their phone or smoking out back. I have came to this store for longer than these employees have been alive and continue to watch and experience the decline of service. I personally think that Little Caesars has one of the best pizzas out there when it’s fresh, but I’d rather eat a cheap Mr.P’s from the frozen foods then deal with the complete disrespect of this store.

I tried calling my order in and the line was down, then I tried to do my order online and it was down. We went by there and asked for a hot and ready and they had none! The manager was rude and doesn’t seem to know how to run the place having no pizzas ready.

I’m finished with this place. When you drive around to the drive thru the back door is always open and someone is outside sitting and smoking. The people are rude they never put enough toppings on their pizza or sauce they never have anything ready you have to wait forever to get a pizza.

For a pizza place that prides itself on hot and ready, this place is never hot and ready. I’m currently sitting waiting on a pepperoni pizza and the guy told me it would be 10 minutes. Now I’m sitting in a parking lot with a buzzer in my hand waiting for it to go off so I can drive back around into the drive-thru line with currently six cars in line and wait again so that I can get my pizza. Definitely has gone downhill.

I rarely post negative reviews, but this was too much. I tried to call and place an order online but couldn’t get through. When I got to the store, there were several people in line, one person pulled forward to wait on an order. The cars in front of me pulled away, and I pulled up to the window. The girl at the window immediately walked away. There were 5+ employees inside, mostly playing in their phones (which is the norm at this location). I waited 5+ minutes and the same girl walked towards the window, acted like I startled her, then she ran away again. Finally, someone came and tapped on a “system down” sign and walked away. No one had the courtesy to simply open the window and tell me they couldn’t help me. I understand things happen, but this was a new level of low to an already rude standard of service from this location.

Went by o na Thursday night for a quick pizza pick up: : “Oh Sir, it’ll be about 20 mins before we have one ready”. So I went to Dollar General, got one (DiGiorno’s) for less than $5.00. Cooked it myself in about 20mins. And it was better.
