I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Little Caesars on 3/1/2026 between 6–7 PM at the drive-thru. The employee working the window displayed one of the worst customer service attitudes I’ve encountered in a long time.

His tone was short, belittling, and openly hostile from the very beginning — and this was completely unprovoked. I barely said more than a few words to place a simple order, and there was absolutely no reason for the level of disrespect I was met with. There was no confusion, no complication, and no confrontation. The negativity was entirely unnecessary.

I understand that working in food service can be stressful. I worked in customer service for years myself, and I know firsthand that it isn’t always easy. However, stress does not justify treating paying customers with spite or contempt. Professionalism and basic courtesy are not optional — they are the minimum requirement for the job.

An employee who interacts with customers in this manner should seriously be reconsidered for a customer-facing role. Behavior like this damages the business and drives customers away. No one should feel uncomfortable or disrespected simply for ordering food.

I hope management takes this matter seriously and ensures that future customers are treated with the basic respect they deserve.

This store (and chain) can be inconsistent, some days I get really amazing pizza here and others its like overcooked blah. The value in todays food market is well above average and overall I have more positive experiences than bad food. The thin crust pepperoni is so dang good here. It’s carry out only, so not the nicest place but far from being a total dive.

This place is very hot with the sun coming into it and flies are buzzing around. The door slams every time and I’m sitting in here waiting for the pizza. This is not the employee’s fault it’s the owner. They could put tint over the front windows to help keep the heat out. Bless there heart’s. No wonder people don’t want to work, make it comfortable for them to work in these place’s and do something about the flies.

The last pizza I got was made horrible. All the pepperoni were all on one side. And the pizza was like thin crust for about 3/4 of the stuff cheese crust pretzel pizza. If I was so hungry at the time I would have taken it back and raised Cain and made them redo it with a refund. And the new Philly cheese steak pizza is good. But it doesn’t go so well the next day. Maybe just me . But tore my stomach up both times ive ate it

Dear God, I pray for this restaurant. I pray for cleaner floors, and hot food. I pray that my wings don’t take 45 minutes (a little over) at any other Little Caesar’s. I pray when someone walks in the door they start to be acknowledged instead of ignored. This place is horrible and I’m reporting it to DHEC and BBB… never have I ever seen a franchise this bad

So I went to mine aint most best to speak so because I know that it’s freshly made but it was already premaded sitting in the warmer. This is not how you treat your customers if I wanted a premaded pizza I would order a 5 dollar pizza.

They didn’t have any kind of Hot and Ready pizzas, ready. That’s kinda the whole point, right? Had to wait in my car. And then they gave me a buzzer. So I had to take myself and my son in the store to get the pizza. Again, whole point of going through the drive thru….
