This location in my opinion USED to be HANDS DOWN THE BEST. The past 2 years though, it has gone WAY DOWN HILL!! The people they hire are mainly rude to their customers or I’m sorry but don’t know how to make a simple pizza apparently!! I go out of my way to go to a different location because every time I stop here and give it a try again, it’s always a BAD EXPERIENCE! This most recent time I had to bite my tongue from just flaring off because “if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.” BUT COME ON NOW, HOW CAN YOU NOT CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH A PIZZA? ALSO HOW DO YOU ONLY DO 1/3 OF THE CRUST, “CRAZY CRUST” AND MISS THE REST OF THE PIZZA THEN NOT EVEN GET IT ON THE CRUST AT ALL ON MY SECOND PIZZA?? WHAT SHAME THEY HAVE LET THIS STORE BECOME!!!

The company’s tech is also pretty bad – waited until I got the push notification that our order was ready to pull up to the drive thru. They spent 3-4 minutes wandering around looking and boxes and then handed me a beeper and said come back when it buzzes. Ten minutes since the notification…wish I had ordered Dominoes.

The “hot and ready” pizzas were actually up and ready in a fairly short amount of time. Other than that nothing positive really stands out. The service was ok. Unfortunately, the cashier was kind of mumbling and I could barely understand him. The pizza here is affordable compared to other pizza places but the price matches the quality in this case.

Made the order online and got there not too long after said order was complete. There isn’t a guaranteed size that you’ll get that’s consistent. My portion my smaller than normal and really skimpy on the cheese, so the cheese was baked and didn’t have the stretchy cheese it normally has. Overall bad taste on the baked cheese and couldn’t really finish the pizza. Disappointed honestly.

The last 2 times I’ve been I asked for a hot and ready pepperoni and the wait was 15 to 20 minutes and nobody was there. The kids just didn’t want to work anymore. It was 825 so I assume they were done for the day. You should probably close at 8 if that’s the case. This is little Caesars. Your whole selling point and market is quick and ready.

Of course they don’t have any hot and ready cheese pizza because the whole idea of hot and ready pizza is to have hot and ready pizza when I come to buy said pizza. They said it’ll take 10 mins but in reality it takes 30. Okay how and why? Like how are you guys missing this concept of the hot and ready pizza. It’s no longer a ready pizza. There is NEVER a time where we don’t have to wait for the “hot and ready” pizza…. we wait at least 10 min each time for the pizza. The little guy (my receipt says Teresa M, but it was definitely a guy) that works the window is the only good thing going for the store. He is always nice and pleasant.

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU HAVE A HOUR TO WAIT ON OLD PEOPLE TO COOK PIZZA!!!! It’s nothing Hot & Ready about this Little Ceasars!! I waited 20 mins just to go back check on my order & they tell me “15 more minutes it’s going in the oven now” I went here on my lunch break because I thought this would be the fastest option but from here on out it’s my last.
