641 SE Main street in Simpsonville sc definitely needs a whole work place revamp.
Customer service is slow and non responsive.I watched three employees looking at a customer for 5 minutes before coming to the front. Whoever manages this location needs to clean house and start with people who genuinely want to be in customer service.

Came in told them I needed 8 pizzas delivered today by 5pm paid $60.40 they said no problem. It is 6pm and they now say they don’t do delivery. But when you call and on the website says they do. Manager basically called me a liar. Would really like to speak to someone above this Manager. This is ridiculous. As a manager myself I would have offered to deliver it myself or atleast tried to make it right. Now I have to pay someone to go get the pizzas I had ordered for our event. Can’t believe he actually said he didn’t believe me. If I had been told I would have made arrangements for it to be picked up on time. Horrible customer service.

My last two visits at this location were bad. 1st was they didn’t cut my pizza at all and 2nd they put pizza sauce instead of cheese sauce on my stuffed pretzel crust(which I guess wouldn’t be the worst mistake because I’m not having to literally rip pieces off the pizza just to eat it like the first time) and they literally dumped way too much salt on the pizza, to the point were it is very in edible and very hard to even stomach. I tried getting some off but it’s all stuck on the grease and literally isn’t worth it. The whole thing is going in the trash.

I ordered a pizza and bread sticks online from the store at 641 SE Main St Simpsonville, SC. The bread sticks were very good, however, the pizza was quite the opposite. The crust was so thick you couldn’t eat it and the middle of the pizza had no dough, only cheese which stuck to the box when we tried to take the slices out. This was the worst pizza I have ever had from Little Caesars. I was very disappointed. I don’t think I will buy pizza from Little Caesars anymore.

Not sure.What was going on there on this particular night. The pizza was not fully cooked, and the taste not there. Right picture show the On pick up The left is after air frying it. seems it was a hot and ready pepperoni maide into supreme.

Lauryn at the window was very rude. Terrible Fn attitude, terrible service, acted like she didn’t even want to be at work. Was trying to ask if pepperoni pizzas were ready, and she cut me off and said “ain’t nothing ready it’s a 30min wait for everything” and rolled her eyes.

The app is trash. Ordered on the app and for a pickup it took 55 mins. Kept Showing me that the food had not even been in the oven yet, when I got the notification letting me know that it was readybto be picked up. Ordered a mostest cheese which was nowhere close to a mostest cheese and was burnt. Also ordered a sausage pizza that only had 40% of the sausage it should have compared to the menu pics & previous orders. Will never go back here again. The staff was young and rude. After I gave the young lady behind the counter my name & order number she drops my order on the counter then walks away. I had to ask her when she came back by if I was good to go. Still did not say the 1st word just 1 nod of the head and left.

We haven’t had little Caesars in about 3 years because of the crappy service but decided to give it a chance today. That was a mistake. Our sausage pizza is all crust and we received a mostly empty marinara sauce. What a waste. Maybe we’ll try again after a few more years, probably not
