This store is run by a bunch of kids and they have no customer service whatsoever. They don’t care about their customers…..they burnt my pizza and it took me coming in there, after they told my wife and my son they lost our food, for them to finally tell me they had to remake it because their top oven stopped…..not a huge deal, but no apology, I had to wait for my food and they didn’t even offer anything extra or a refund after I waited over 30 minutes for a supposed hot and ready that I ordered online! I will definitely be ordering from Domino’s from here on out and I’m not that big of a fan of their pizza, but at least they have great customer service and fast service as well!

So i have no idea what is up with this little ceasars but this is my first and LAST TIME going here. I ordered bread sticks, which how you can mess up bread sticks, i have no idea… I opened the box and my bread sticks were completely RAW. Were these even cooked at all? this is the consistency of a triple dipper cheese pull and this place does not deserve the license to sell food. DO NOT GO HERE.

If it were possible, I would give this chain zero stars. The manager is a young man who made this possible. I came in on my lunch break to get some hot food, and was greeted with a whole bunch of hair in my food. It was literally cooked in the cheese. I asked the manager if he could have it remade, and he did so without an issue, but when I asked to have a simple dollar sauce replaced as well, he made a stink about it and refused to give me a simple sauce, and I felt insulted by the lack of understanding, over a sauce he could have just passed me. No reason for the bad service, when they were at fault, but it’s a reflection of the lack of home training we send these kids to work with. Never returning.

Earlier this evening on Dec 20 I had placed a very large order previously and when I came in they were very busy and what seemed like a lot of orders being made even so the young lady that was the manager went out of her way to make sure my food was made quickly and accurately. The food was wonderful and the service was great I will definitely be returning thank you so much for having such great management

Its always hit or miss here. We actually haven’t been here in awhile but tried it out again since they were doing the 2 for 4.99… the pizzas were not cut… and a little on the cold side… it is what it is. I do like being able to order online and grabbing out of the kiosk so I don’t have to talk to anyone.

Went here and ordered for the whole family. Ordered 2 crazy sauces to go with our meal and they are barely over a quarter full. Went back in and asked the manager if that was a recent change since I’ve never experienced them being so under filled and was told that they use a machine to fill the cups and they wouldn’t fill them any fuller. Definitely a recent change and a total scam!

Went to pick up a door dash order for a customer, an order that was put in about 10 minutes before I arrived the location wasn’t busy but yet the order wasn’t started. Ended up waiting about 30 mins on a pizza and listening to a very in depth conversation about autistic people. This crap makes me as a door Dasher loose money and look bad to customers. This place is ran by children, Someone needs to hire an adult for this location!

Showed to get a pizza and cheese bread on a Saturday night and they were absolutely slammed, without exaggerating there were probably 30-40 customers in and out in about 30mins. You would think they are giving the pizza away for free! Were they out of pizza? Yes. Did I have to wait to get my order? Also yes but were they absolutely hustling back in the kitchen? Absolutely. I don’t mind waiting for my order when I can see the employees working as hard as they can! Great Job guys! For those that are complaining about how long it takes to make a pizza, please know there’s only so much they can do, and they are giving their all!

First off I called ahead and they told me the wait was 15 mintues I took 15 minutes to get there and ended up waiting another 15 for it, the lady was rude and service was terrible they threw my food together and barley even cut my pizza, the cheese bread wasn’t even cheese bread it was pretty much just bread don’t even waste your money on this place I could’ve got an actual good pizza for the 20 I spent there. I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied they suck. Point blank.

Pizza is never done or put together correctly crusts are rolled so thin you can’t even pick them up without falling apart. Staff treat customers as more of a burden. Not a friendly environment
