We never order from this location because of so many mess ups on our orders, but I tried. One of our pizzas was so greasy we couldn’t even pick a piece up without it falling apart. And the rest of our pizzas were burned. Didn’t get our crazy bread that we ordered either. We have a big family. My TEENAGE boys wouldn’t even eat this and that says a lot. I don’t understand how orders get messed up this bad EVERY SINGLE TIME WE ORDER FROM HERE. I tried to give this location another chance. Won’t happen again.

thank you to whoever made my god awful pizza! it took 35 minutes from the time i got the email to the time i got my food. usually it takes a while but i don’t mind because it’s cooked better than dominos down the street, but this time i can’t say the same. the pepperoni is soggy and wet on the bottom from the grease and the cheese is so thin that i couldn’t even pick it up. sorry for complaining but this is some crazy work.

Nothing against the workers, they were all very nice and timely… But Little Caesars this isn’t crazy bread, this is hardly mildly angsty bread. This stuff tasted like boiled hot dog buns and left an after taste of sadness. The king has fallen.

Every time i come to this establishment being it is the only one close by, it is always a wait. “Hot & Ready” is never hot and ready, There has been mistakes on my pizza where it has been the wrong pizza or just a very lousy job making the pizza. Just would Help having faster service, Correct orders, And food that is actually made properly. Customer service is always great though!

Always hot, never ready. I have been to this restaurant many times and most of the time it’s cause I’m in a rush to grab and go… and I’ve ordered hot and ready… unfortunately, they never have any hot and ready— ready. I always have to sit in the truck for a minimum of 15-20 minutes waiting on two pizzas. It’s a pain to go through the drive through… and then have to STILL go in for the food. They don’t bring it to the car. What’s the purpose of having either the drive through OR the hot and ready if neither applies?
With all of that said, the pizza is always hot. I’ve ordered their supreme pizzas on a few occasions as well as their h&r and all of them have been fresh, but most of the time they’re haphazardly prepared and thrown in the box. I’ve never left with a pizza I didn’t have to cut with my own pizza cutter or knife when I got to where I was going. The last visit I made there were lines where their pizza cutter went in, but 0% of the actual crust had actually been cut.
The staff seem more interested in talking and being on their phones than taking care of their customers. I watched, awestruck, as I watched one of their friends come in, ask if they can grab a hot and ready (one that I had ordered) and they grabbed it and walked out without paying. I had to wait even longer as they re-fired my pizza.
I don’t like doing negative reviews (as you can see in my profile, but this location has really just struck a nerve with me.

Below is a photo of my most recent visit since posting my original review. In this trip, someone had ordered 50 pizzas for an event and they didn’t have sausage hot and ready and the wait would have been approximately an hour. They did, however actually have pepperoni hot and ready. Was arguably the best Little Caesar’s pizza I have ever had. It was hot and fresh. A beautiful amount of sauce and the cheese was perfectly meaty. I will also note that it was THOROUGHLY cut all the way through. This experience has helped my opinion on the store, however, I feel it necessary to keep my original post as considered relevant as this was my only experience this good here. Hopefully, it is a new normal for this location, and I will hold that hope as I enjoy the fact it’s so near to my home. At that point I’d love to completely update my entire review to a more positive perspective.

This was my LAST attempt at this location. Close the doors already. I own a restaurant and have patience but 3 visits in a row of the worst customer service and the longest waits. Tonight I waited 15 minutes to even arrive at the window. The first thing the guy said when he opened the window was “you need to drive around” umm excuse me? I hadn’t ordered. I just wanted a cheese pizza. I thought that would atleast be quick. He responded he was “going to be honest with me” it would take over 20 minutes. Goodbye, little Caesar’s. I’ll never make this mistake again

This place just sucks. Took over 30 minutes which to get our order. We couldn’t order what we wanted because they were too lazy to make the crazy puffs. The two ladies working were just sitting around and rude. To cap it all off they made the order wrong.

I ordered online at 2:40 for my order to be ready at 3:15 got to the store at 3:12 and still had to wait until 3:30 and my pizzas are wrong. It’s not hard to do things on time or get orders correct. I can see a mistake we are after all human but to have to wait 20 minutes for something you didn’t even order is just flat out not taking pride in your work.
